I just completed this job and I realized the three main power steering bracket bolts can be removed with the power steering pump intact. I suggest you remove the hidden bolt FIRST. I spent 3 hours trying to get it out as the last bolt. When I reinstalled that bolt I did it last and it just finger tightened all the way in, then ratchet final.
It Would have been way more helpful and informative if you could have shown how you removed and replaced the belt. this is more than likely all our 1st time ever doing this job

Pulley removal kit they sell those at harbor freight, auto zone, advanced auto
I have tried so many ways to take the last bolt off. My hands no types of tools nothing.

Need a fly through ratchet set. Mines made by Pittsburgh
It's properly called an open end ratchet or look at flex head ratchets too. I had to use combination of both for re install as well but all went good
