All that looked positively lovely, and even though that's something I wouldn't normally do myself (eat at a place that high end)? It's wonderful to live vicariously through our man Mike!
If u get a chance to visit Japan, stay a night in spring hotel. A Kelseki dinner and breakfast are included. Its costly but worthy. At least for some of us Hongkoner think
That entire meal looked amazing and it was all presented so beautifully. I looked the place up. I wasn't overly surprised at the cost. This would be a special occasion type of place. At the same time they weren't stuffy. I've been to high end restaurants in the past where it was just understood you wore a coat and tie.
That's a hell of an experience for $250! I've paid that much for a sushi tasting menu on the Strip and gotten half the quality and service. Definitely checking out Kaiseki Sanga next time I'm in town.
That was just masterful. Beautiful preparation and presentation. Absolutely the quality appeared to be so full of flavor. Great content Mike Chen Thanks so much for sharing your amazing gastronomy experience. It been a cultural experience and I love Asian Cultural and particularly the food culture from street food all the way up to the top shelf items. Until you eat again Mike Chen!💞
How many times have i heard you say you will put the details of where you dined down below but when I go to have a look there is nothing ? seems like a cop out to me plus some indication of the cost would be nice as well !
I'm glad you just changed up genre, and are still around. I saw your Beyond Science recently, and was worried. All the best to you and your business endeavors.
Until I looked at the title again did I realize this wasn't in Japan . The service and quality looked top notch and not what I would expect for that price (at least in Las Vegas) Then again I've only been there once so I'm still unfamiliar with the wider range of eateries across Las Vegas
That's the difference between really good fresh Uni and low quality Uni. What I've had in the past was the latter and his assessment was accurate. I haven't given up on it, I just wouldn't bother with it unless I knew it was of the quality they use at this place.
I have eaten my fair share of flounder but I've never thought of eating it in such a way. It looks delicious, especially your description of the liver.
The Japanese really know you eat with your eyes! Beautiful food presentation! Even though I know I probably wouldn't like every food item, I would probably eat it anyway. Not in my budget, but it would be quite a fun experience. 😁
Mike long time fan. What is your fav Sake name and brand you love to drink with your seafood like in this video you posted? I wanna try what you drink. Just asking one Foodie to another my friend.
Does Mikey ever get full eating at places like this? Seriously, because I saw that king crab 🦀 and thought 💭 he normally eats the whole crab and more, then they give him just a small portion of it.
Stop lying. Is it rare that he complains about food? Yes but he has plenty of times. He also said a lot of these places he tries ahead before doing a video as he doesn't want to ruin a place's business.
Weird that Mike never mentioned that this sushi place uses real wasabi. In some of his videos when he's eating sushi in Japan, he always ripped on how sushi places here in the States use fake wasabi. Guess he now knows that real sushi places here in States uses REAL wasabi. Lol!
💀 he doesn’t know the difference at all. He used to say if it’s super green it’s not real but if it’s super light/yellowish it’s real now you’ll catch him saying in videos that the super green wasabi is real smh
I stopped watching this channel now because it feels the same with him. Go to a restaurant and eat in front of the camera and talk while eating. The best food reviews channels have gotten way better with their videos depicting different areas and cultures. Mike Chen need to start doing that.
It's all about the presentation not the taste I wouldn't pay that kind of of food might as well go to McDonald's and get filled up and not pay $100 and still be starving
Imagine commenting about someone talking at a restaurant whats the difference of talking into a camera or talking to someone else? *Make it make sense*
WOW! THANK YOU FOR COMING !!! I HOPE YOU ENJOY YOUR DINNER.

This is such an interesting and informative series. I love these and especially enjoy how well the music sets the tone for the story.

It's called kaiseki sanga
I was just about to start cooking. Love all of your videos!
I'm glad you just changed up genre, and are still around. I saw your Beyond Science recently, and was worried. All the best to you and your business endeavors.
I like your content and realize it's mostly Asian food but I would love to see you do a Latino/Hispanic buffet or restaurant video. Excellent content.

Mike Chen thanks for sharing. My family loves king crabs.
Just sat down to eat dinner and u uploaded 5 mins ago, lets go! Awesome vids btw
Perfect video to watch when eating.
Love your content. Glad you love what you do!
Mike Chen is the goat
Mike 5 years ago: "Uni tastes like the ocean threw up in your mouth.
Mike now: "It's so sweet, like a fruit!"

It took me a while to really like it now. I just can't get enough of it 😅
I went to Sanga last October and it was INCREDIBLE
I have eaten my fair share of flounder but I've never thought of eating it in such a way. It looks delicious, especially your description of the liver.
Milk fish belly is also the best 👌
It all looks so amazing!
Yum I always crave the food you eat ❤❤
Added this to my To Try List for Las Vegas! Looks sooo good!
Mike needs to up his shirt game.
When a V-neck becomes a U-neck Hahhaha. Its actually not that bad 😂
Mouthwatering!!!
Ur the best mike!!
Love your videos Mike!
Looks amazing! Definitely going to have to check them out next time I go to Vegas
Love that Mike eats sushi now. OGs remember he didn't like raw fish previously.
Fr the Japan trip opened him up to so much
New mikey video on my lunch break heck yeah! Love the content man great as always.
I just moved into Vegas 2 days ago and you have found my first celebration meal spot. This looks amazing!
The best! I tried their December Menu! Looking forward to do it again! ❤
Love to see Mike enjoying sushi
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
‘exquisite’
That is a kabob skewer. You typically see a wider skewer like that for certain types of Persian kabobs, like ground beef or filet.

MEU DEUS
TÔ COM FOME RSSSSSSSSSS

I'm glad i got chance to try this too. They have different menu every month ❤🎉
LOOKS SO GOOD WOW. THANKS FOR SHARING, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK 😁👏🏽👏🏽
Looks good
I've been twice to Kaiseki Yuzu, and this place looks its equal. Definitely on my to-do list next LV trip
Mike long time fan. What is your fav Sake name and brand you love to drink with your seafood like in this video you posted? I wanna try what you drink. Just asking one Foodie to another my friend.
Major oishi in this video!
So much yum. I always get so jealous of you whenever I watch as I will never get to try these places lol
im always too hungry for all the showmanship I would starve at this place lol
Hi Mike I'm jealous I love them food

Mikey should make a game called *"WOULD YOU EAT THIS?!"*
Literally just discovered Mike has a second channel besides Strictly Dumpling lol
Mike we love you
BRO YOU ROCK EARTHS FOUNDATION, GENIUS.

I always notice how loud the restaurants are in America especially in places like Vegas or new York.
It doesn’t matter what city you’re in, chinatowns all over the us are super super loud. This restaurant is in the heart of Vegas china town
I'm here fairly early
Amazing food as always 😍
I perhaps missed it but how much does this menu set cost?
Hey Mike.. Happy Friday!! Are you ready for the weekend? I am.. Awesome.. ❤️🐞
I see Mikey Chen, I hit like
I’m here for Mike Chen

I love your vids 😃🍔🌭🌮🌯🥙
What happened to your Covid puppy that you got during lockdown. Please tell me you didn’t return him…
What restaurant is this?
looks lovely, but Mike, you ever been ill with any of these meals ?
he's the walking embodiment of liver disease. he's very ill
Does Mikey ever get full eating at places like this? Seriously, because I saw that king crab 🦀 and thought 💭 he normally eats the whole crab and more, then they give him just a small portion of it.
mikeeee angies lobster was sooooo badddd 😢
Early gang

So entertaining! Food tastes must be good, which I couldn't experience, but so fun to watch! 😄👍✨
1:11 Wait, how do you eat a self-defense art? 🤔
Stop doing videos in Vegas because it looks good
Mike you gotta check out the Asian Mall in Minneapolis, MN
If that's the place where Sonny was at a few months ago, heck yeah.
$250 for that in a strip mall off of Decatur? Lol, I think I'll pass.
Mike has just become a shill for these places. Somehow never has a bad bite of food. Zero credibility.
Stop lying. Is it rare that he complains about food? Yes but he has plenty of times. He also said a lot of these places he tries ahead before doing a video as he doesn't want to ruin a place's business.

Mmmmmmmmm mum ummmami

Why's it so LOUD

Oh that dinner totally looks like dinner from the hyatt hotel restaurant "The flaming Golden Chicken " wonderful seafood and a 3 star hotel.
Have you ever considered taking a subscriber to dinner?
200 dollar+ food only spoiled mikey and GF

yeah... the crab was still alive.. Not cool
NO raw fish for me!!😵
Imagine paying money for this and being stuck next to some TH-cam dude talking into a camera the whole time
He's talking quietly. I don't think anyone really cares as they are interested in their own louder conversation
Biggest hater , do you just comment on all his video hating on everything Jesus you’re life must suck
Meanwhile others in the restaurant are talking so loud we can hear them over him. He’s doing fine and being respectful.
