My dude. Your shifts are QUICK as SHIT! Whenever i quick shift mines, it locks me out of 2nd and 3rd :(
you can either get a MGW or Barton short throw should help alittle bit with that, anything beyond that you'll need to get a blowfish bracket. i have the Barton ST w/ 2 post bracket and i still get locked outta 3rd
I have the MGW full setup on mine and it still locks out under hard shifting, it has nothing to do with the shifter. Its just transmission problems that a shifter wont solve. Some make claims that a new shifter has solved their problems, so maybe its a hit or miss.
Kalel Kent Have to get a lund tune or a VMP, Bama, even AED tune can delete that lockout.
I have the bama, still locks me out. It's the engine flexing tht causes it, unrelated to the skip shift
Smoke 5.0 The skip shift solenoid is located on the right side of the transmission, close to the back and on top. It is difficult to see it but you will see a black connector leading into a round black housing. Reach your hand up between the transmission and the tunnel and disconnect the cable. There is a small latch on the cable connector that you need to depress. It pulls off very easily once the latch is depressed so if you have to pull hard, you have not released the latch.
It is probably a good idea to cover both the cable connector and the solenoid connector

Mine is 2011 gt premium coyote but mine lights up the gauges what does that mean I bought at dealership like that has svt 19 rims jlt oilpump , headers , injectors r not stock has a short shifter it has a lot of carbon fiber parts in the motor I bought it like that has 70,000 miles ????
CAn somebody tell me why do the gauges turn red when pulling only hard is that telling me to exact shift ??? I can go a lot higher than this guy on the Rpms?
