I put on the borlja atak on my 13 v8, about 2 hours and a couple of beers and it was installed. My neighbor across the street who had a 15 50 year anniversary came over to me one day and we where talking, he straight up said man i don't even have to put my alarm on anymore because as soon as i hear yours fire up i know its time to get up and get ready for work. Plus every where i would go if i had to sit and idle for more then 5 minutes people would be coming up telling me how good the car sounds
Love love LOVE my Corsa Extremes on my 14 GT! I started out with just the axlebacks, and it was nowhere near loud enough, for my taste. Even with the resonators deleted, it's still not loud enough, and the Extremes can be just as tamed as the Sports, only on cold start and high bad rpm is the extremes really that much louder than the sports. Can't wait to get Longtube Headers with my Extremes!!! Only mufflers ive heard in person louder than the extremes are the Roush and Solo Performance. I've also heard the Roush on an ESS Centrifugal Supercharged 5.0, i haven't heard any other Coyote sound as incredible as that one!
I had the Corsa Extremes on my 12 & 13 Boss 302. Wicked sounding, especially when using the track key. I had someone pull up along side me as I was cruising @ about 35 miles an hour and said it was the best sounding mustang they had heard.👍 I own an 11 GT500 now and looking for a set of axle backs. Borla or Corsa sport (they don't make an extreme version) is where I'm leaning.
I love the roush idling sound but I like the Corsa’s revving sound even more. My dad worked for roush for a while so I could possibly get a good hookup on some roush tech
Stock GT 500 axle backs Period " nothing else , Only $500 a pair, easy to install . Throaty thick deep roar but without the raspy annoying teenage look at me ego trip . ( Including cops ) Super enjoyable Super cool 😎
For the money I'd go with a set of GT500 mufflers and Pypes M80 resonator deletes. I noticed the Corsa's were pictured with a single pipe but the car had dual pipes per side so that makes a difference. Was that a option for the Corsa's? I guess it's a set for the GT500 with a Shelby valance. Need to factor the single pipe versus dual pipe systems. It does make a difference. The Flowmasters sounded like the recording device was at their garage door cause I can hear the boxed in sound. They normally sound muffled without no snap. My GT/CS sounded good but my 93' Cobra with dual chamber Flowmasters had a way better sound imo.
what that sound like though, i got long tubes hi flos H pipe and vibrant bottles its pretty chill down low but above 3k rpm it opens up but its still deep.
Glad to see the Flowmaster Outlaws in #1 spot, I just put this on my Lincoln Mark VIII deleted everything from the manifold back and added the Outlaws and it sounds pissed off and nasty ,it quiets down when cruising above 40mph but around town it turns heads , I actually had a State Trooper behind me out on the highway and didn't know what to expect but he kept going after I turned off , great system though love me some Flowmaster Outlaws !
Why the bias towards axel-backs? Cat-backs may be may be more expensive, but you’re also getting brand new stainless steel mid pipes and more. Just curious
Cheap and the best setup: stock gt muffler, remove cats and resonators. You maintain back pressure, you get rumbling deep sound with popup when down shifts and zero drone. Loud when accelerate and tamed when cruising
Hey man, found your channel just a few days ago, watched a bunch of your stuff and really like the content. 👍 I'm doing the research part of modding out my 2012 F150, specifically exhaust systems. And in all the videos I've seen so far from you and all other TH-camrs, I've not any info about 1 specific thing...and that's how the diameter of the pipe affects the sound. I would have to assume running a 3.5 inch diameter pipe is going to sound a little different from a 2.5 inch (or whatever sizes) Would a larger pipe produce a deeper, more growling sound than a smaller diameter? Does it affect overall performance going with 1 or the other? What happens to the sound if you dump the exhaust infront of the passenger side tire vs behind it vs running it all the way back vs running a single or duel exits vs dumping it on both sides of the truck? Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏
Thanks for the comment, so for me I’m running a 3 inch pipe all the way back that is welded, the size of the pipe won’t make a difference as much as the type of muffler/resonator you have, I would assume the 2012 run 3 inch. Pipes as well

Corsa is amazing !! Such a great product
Let me know when those headers are on!
Great choice Brotha! I personally went with the Borla Ataks and I love the sound on idle , neighbors hate me when I start it up in the morning 😂
How much miles per gallon?
Where can I get the corsa extremes? I been wanting to get some to run with my bbk lth
Thanks for this! I’m currently searching for a 13-14 GT to buy and I was curious what exhaust systems I should consider for when I do get one.
Glad I could help! I’ll be posting more mustang GT videos, a lot of people look forward to those
That 1st Borla system is SWEEET.
I daily a 5.0 with that Borla. I can confirm they are sweet
Put the Flowmaster axlebacks with the large black tips. Not sure which part #. Love the sound over stock.❤
I hear that Borla in our neighborhood all the time.

i have flowmaster outlaw axlebacks on my 2014 and i love it, i get compliments on it and its not too loud but enough growl to keep me happy lol
Very nice!
Those Flowmaster Outlaws sound the best out of these five.
@@WobblinGoblin1 im trying to decide between short or long headders and x or h pipes, any thoughts on that?
@@lacrosseguy108I have the outlaw with lth and x pipe, it still has that deep tone but it’s definitely louder still sounds nice
sweet, maybe in the summer ill get to it, i dont wanna do much around this time of the year haha but thanks alot for the info :D@@AJ20594
I love the outlaw, but I have catless long tubes and I’m afraid it’s going to be way too loud
It would be very loud haha
Thanks man, great video 🤙🏼
Love my flowmaster outlaws. Adding headers and xpipe next year.
That’s my current Setup drone is insane 😭

were these with stock headers and midpipe
Correct!
Good info. I like the borla s type the best. How’s your truck treating you?
Truck is great! New tires coming next video

I wonder why corsa and borla didn't do a catback system for the 11-14 gts
Borla atak does make a cat back for the 11-14 look on American muscle

I HAVE A 2014 GT WITH FM OUTLAWS THEY ARE TO LOUD FOR ME. I THINK I'M GOING WITH THE BORLA S TYPES
Borla is a nice middle ground, can’t go wrong !
does anybody know how to/where to get a burble or pop gunshot tune? It has been hard to find but if anybody knows that great
Ghost cam tune?
Buy a 12 or 13 Boss 302 with the track key enabled.😎
I'm surprised the AWE touring isn't on here

I'm surprised Kooks didn't make your list.
Kooks is great! But this list included price point sound and quality, it’s just a little to pricey for what you get
flowmaster is the only way to go on the coyotes
What about drone?
@@gregbaldwin9661 everything drones bro
Mufflers used to cost $20.00 each, What happened??
