    Your core includes four separate muscles, and in this 10-minute ab workout, you're going to work all of them, pal. Sometimes I don't feel like getting a mat out to work out, so this workout was designed for anyone who feels that.
    Get the most out of this workout by pulling your abdominals tightly to your spine and exhaling sharply with every breath.

    Amazing workout! Sometimes I get bored of mat abs workout. Glad to incorporate this in my abs workout

    Any suggestions for what is done in the stretch breaks? I just keep moving a little and catch my breath, is this correct? Thanks

      by breathing. for example when you do a knee pull, you want exhale as you bring your knee to your chest. hope that helps
