You might want to look at the justice system as a whole. This is a great glimpse into it. Ever watch Dateline where an innocent person gets years of his or her life taken away, only later to be proven innocent? I sure have. The justice system is broken. However, he was found not guilty by a jury of his peers. The prosecution’s attitude sucked. They didn’t connect with that jury at all. Based on the evidence and manner at the time, missing vials of blood, a murder weapon, etc-I couldn’t without a reasonable doubt convict him. The jury did their due diligence.

Look I’m not saying OJ is innocent at all, but there’s plenty of reasonable doubt early on mostly brought on by getting too detailed and trying to pinpoint every single detail of OJ’s mind early on as I watch this. Innocence and reasonable doubt are two different things. The defense doesn’t have to prove OJ’s innocence and the prosecution HAS TO prove his guilt. That’s how the law works. When I watch, mainly Darden, zealously try to introduce motive and state of mind that the defense tears apart, it’s hard to sit here and say the jury are complete morons and Judge Ito is biased. For both Denise and Harvey, the defense showed that they had just testified OJ was antisocial and angry at the recital and then showed a video of him socializing and even got witnesses (especially Harvey) to say he looks like the normal happy bubbly OJ. These are the prosecution’s witnesses btw. Sure OJ could have been very angry during the recital. But he also could have been bored and tired. He could have switched moods multiple times. These mental leaps into OJ’s state of mind add almost nothing to the people’s case and even hurt them more than help. Cochran destroyed Harvey’s entire purpose. Why even have her as a witness? Having such a weak witness like that makes the prosecution’s case look weaker and more desperate.

To verbally communicate efficiently in English isnot a strength I possess since it is not my native tongue neither is my educational background exceptionally, I however, except for the one absent lawyer from the preliminary hearing, find that ALL the counsels so far at this point, NOT any particularly impressive, including the highly praised ones.
Imo, the prosecution did not have strong witnesses since the start, and whenever there was any slight, positive progress in same, such as a) in the victim's sister's whose words I would consider sincere & believable and b) this lady friend's, they were unfortunately not given enough chance, credit, nor the opportunities to be taken seriously, in addition to their own weak ways of presenting 'facts'. Example to how I meant about the weaknesses is their uncertainty or hesitation with dates & time.
Strategy wise, the defense is good with a) intimidatingly constructed sentences or b) to a lesser obvious level, styles that can cause confusion to a witness's mind.
I am objective in viewing this case, and I am surprised to learn and to conclude that in any seriously high profile cases both sides must have the greatest lawyers. Only then, with a totally competent judge (even if he or she will only conduct as a moderator), and with a well chosen jury of intelligent, conscientious characters, a just & fair verdict can be produced. To that I donot agree that the defense here had the "best" lawyers. They were just the luckier ones.
Another thought, It is NOT okay to deliberately imply to the jury & public that an individual who is a husband (or a wife) basher shouldn't necessarily be deemed a murderer, or vice versa. Each incident must be perused both independently as well as collectively.
I am saying this out of my concern to the system of education. At one point the court was directing the jury & the public to fixation their view on a photo as being "inadmissible" rather than its real purpose (in studying either an individual's experience as a victim or an individual's pattern of behavior as an offender). I have heard about 'loopholes' in the legal system, but believe that some loopholes are viciously intentional for personal benefits.
There's still 300+ more videos to watch, and to objectively go through them will mean that one's heart is numb while one's mind is open to experience and learning. Although numb, I at times would put myself in the defendant's shoes and I really think that his heart had long been dead too.
We are all human with our own actions, thoughts and feelings. All with merely a one heart and a one mind. In the end, what is the meaning of living with that one heart and that one mind being enslaved by them?

Why? & also the FACT Oj had NO visable markings on his body to suggest a fight, yet Ron Goldman had severe defence wounds on his hands proving he put up a good fight , whoever he battled with to fight for his life that night would have carried Rons Blows to there body. Those Two points are very important & only common sense is required to make one consider oj alone did not commit these murders. There's been evidence Oj had been shopping for someone to kill Nicole also. I feel strongly he slit Nicoles throat though..

Ya I don’t see how he could’ve killed them both so quickly unless he did Nicole first and then fought off Ron. Ron obviously didn’t have a weapon to defend himself with. It does appear Nicole’s throat slash was done by a professional hit man. How could oj know exactly how to murder two people. It might’ve been a hit man.

Ito was the worst! He allowed laughter during court. Two people were brutally murdered. There was a lot of kidding around between the two sides. This case was run like a three ring circus. I would’ve been very offended if I were any of the Goldman or Brown family.

Honestly I think he did ok. Can you imagine the pressure he was under? Plus all those personalities in one courtroom all together at the same time plus the high level of the case? That's tough for anyone to endure.

What was the purpose of Mr Garvey She wasn't a friend of Nicole's or OJs just a parent at a school play; another waste of time by the prosecution. Darden has a habit of bringing in superficial people who don't even know Nicole or OJ, just a jogging buddy not someone who wasn't even close to Nicole.

Kenneth Charles Now look, don't try blaming the loss on Darden, remember, Marcia Clark was the lead attorney in charge of the prosecution team

@@NkrumahTure Darden didn't see it until the trial was over how he got played by Gill Garcittie who set him up with the interracial prosecution team remember Darden wasn't even on the team until Mr Huges faked chest pains. Ms Clark and dummy Darden vs OJ and murdered Nicole Brown Simpson. Darden had the weakest witnesses in trial and he still lost every round; the old Spanish Lady Ms Lopez made him look like a fool and how Johnny Cochran baited his stupid ass into letting OJ try on those gloves, just brilliant and then trying to clean up Ms Clark and Fuhrman. Darden took the fall just like those eight Black Jurors, but they never mentioned anything about those four white jurors do they.?

I agree. Garvey offered really no information. Just her opinion. She was a friend of Nicole so obviously she is going to say what she could to help. But she really didn't offer any facts. Useless for the prosecution and in turn the defense.

@@stevenladnyk4526 it's great to be able to watch this trial for the second time I've never been able to make a decision on the guilt or innocent of OJ Simpson because the case was being Judged in the media and not the facts. The confusion caused by the prosecution was unbelievable that this trial lasted almost two years.
