This woman was murdered. She took photos of her injuries, she talked about it with her sister and her sister took more photos, she kept those photos both in her bathroom drawer, she took out a safety deposit box and put photos of her abuse in that box along with news reports about her abuser and a will, and those pictures are somehow not relevant or not appropriate to show to the sister who saw them? Really? Insane.

I know exactly what she is sayng. My fathers face would change when he was angry, like a switch had been flipped. When he was 83, he would suddenly look 40yo. The lines on his face were smoother, his jaw would grind. He would stand straight when he usually was slouched with age. He would walk purposefully when most days he needed a walker, and somehow his entire body appeared younger and menacing. The closest thing I have seen to a possesion. He was a twice diagnosed sociopath.

Ito wouldn't allow a fucking photograph of one of the victims after she had been severely beaten by Simpson because they couldn't officially date it, yet he allowed Cock-Ring and the rest of his muppets to not only change photographs in the defendant's home to manipulate the jury when they did the walk through (which was totally pointless to the case in the first place) and furthermore to use the race card throughout this entire hearing to the point where that is all this case essentially was about.... the victims were almost completely forgotten. Nicole kept those photos, eventually, in a safety deposit box. She used them as “leverage” to get what she wanted from OJ. Rather than using them to press charges, or punish OJ legally, she used them for financial gain. Many abused women stay with their man because they are afraid of being on their own and surviving. Apparently $35k a month was not enough for her to make a move.

After the consideration, that domestic violence isn't murder
      With one recorded incident ,
Eight 911 calls were made from the Rockingham address
Without knowing that Simpson is included, in making those calls
Your mindset can't be that only women are victims
Although Marcia Clark is a victim of sexual abuse
It shows extreme bias with a disregard to a forgotten victim
      Abuse
victims in particular are not subjected to background checks
It's a legal right to privacy only by court order
      O. J. Simpson became villainized by the media after claims of being hit by Nicole Brown
      In 1989
The protection of privacy allows you to draw your own conclusions, without knowing any information on Nicole Brown
      Her actions her intentions
The photograph with bruises a diary
In a safety deposit box intentionally meant to commit blackmail
Over a reported $100.000 cocaine addiction - debt owed by Nicole Brown Simpson
It. also involves the possession of a book with names of drug dealers- call girls & dangerous criminal associated with Brown

Wendy Massih - I respectfully disagree with you. This was one of the few times I agree with Ito. The two photos were enough and well documented. The third photo is not documented. It was years earlier and for all we know was a result with a fight she had with the maid. Blaming her condition in that photo on OJS is an assumption, and assumptions are not evidence. The fact that Shapiro is a bad lawyer and Ito didn't catch it earlier doesn't make it allowable for use as evidence. Nicole kept the three photos together in her safety deposit box. That does mean something, but without an explanation of the third photo it can't be used against OJS.

And it perplexes me that you would believe a woman who was paid for her story over a woman who was brutally murdered by her abusive ex husband.
Where are you getting your information from? In the 1989 beating OJ beat her so badly she was hospitalized. And OJ was the cheater. First Denise telling OJ that he was taking Nicole for granted may have been true, but she should have kept her mouth shut. Of course that set him off. Everyone who has a family member that is in a DV situation knows not to push the abusers buttons in any way. You almost have to play nice to make them think you like them. I was in a DV situation before where my ex boyfriend was verbally abusive and controlling. When one of my girlfriend's and her husband came over to visit I got upset later and asked my girlfriend the next day by phone, "Why were you being so nice to him when you know how he treats me?" She said, "Because if he had picked up any animosity from me, or if I was being rude to him, he would have taken it out on you." She then said "We don't like him, but he probably knows you have talked to me about the way he treats you, and I didn't want to give him any hint to that." I understood, and understand why people do this. My ex had a temper, but could change like a light switch and be the most likeable person when someone was around. Like a completely different person.

The killer honestly believed he was above and better than everyone around him. He’s exactly where he’s always belonged now. I hope he is finally receiving the treatment he deserves. It’s a shame and a sham that the Courts are more concerned about protecting the criminals rather than seeking justice for the victims.

💯 💯 💯 My Abuser walked too. Also California. I have lost faith in our justice system. It's an absolute joke. When this happened I had just gotten married and my husband was being medically discharged from the Marines. We had our going away party at his commanders house and we all watched the Bronco chase live on the news... I'll never forget that. I watched the entire trial everyday as well. Still remember how I felt when the verdict was read. Changed my whole reality. That Ex husband wasn't my abuser thou. He cheated with his secretary and broke our family. Was my second husband a decade later that was abusive. I'm lucky to still be Alive. Still healing after 14 yrs. Law enforcement doesn't care and won't do anything until you are on a cement slab dead already. I remember them telling me nothing they could do until something serious happened. Was relieved when they finally arrested him when he hurt both me and my Mom. I think bcuz he hurt someone else other than me.. they took it seriously. Yea he injured my Mom. 💔 he pled out for a lesser charge of "Disturbing the Peace" with restitution for 2 victims medical bills. How do you have injuries and medical bills for "Disturbing the peace?" Disorderly conduct would have atleast made more sense. But that carried the DV label on it. He didn't want that as he had prior DV charges from first wife I didn't know about till after we married. (Was in another State) he had the DA charmed and they believed everything he said. Typical for Narcissistic abusers. They wear a mask in public. The courts need to be updating their training on how to spot these abusers and the patterns of abuse. Ignorance is what allows these guys to walk free. You usually have one person who is scared and frazzled and the other is calm cool and collected. The calm one being the abuser. I actually had panic attacks in court. While he sat cool like OJ. Still traumatized by that experience. The criminals have all the rights while we are put thru more abuse in the courtrooms. It hasn't changed in 30 yrs since OJs trial.
I'll never forget when the DA told my Mom and I that he would be withholding the police report from the Jury bcuz he didn't want to address the reason the assaults occurred. What led to his angry outburst bcuz he didn't think he could convince a Jury... even thou it was self admitted by my abuser to the PD. Was his own statement. That day I learned how the court game works and they withhold evidence and throw evidence out on technicalities. I lost All faith in our Justice system
It's a game of words and strategy. What a joke. Just like arguing over a picture in this video. Relevance of said picture depicting abuse patterns. Absolutely disgusting. People still don't comprehend how it really works until they are in the courtroom themselves. The guilty walk free all the time. Court is a Strategy and word game. I remember one case they completely thrown out the dead body as evidence bcuz something about how they found it was against the warrant parameters! Yep! Threw out the deceased body as evidence on a technicality!
There was alot of evidence against OJ that didn't make it to the Jury as well. All a GAME.
May the Brown and Goldman family feel some peace and healing now that Ojs life has ended... he got 30 yrs more than his victims did. My heart goes out to Syndney and Justin as well. OJ gets his Judgement for Eternity in the most high court now.
Hopefully with Nicole and Ron in attendance. Nice to think about anyway. This world is so unfair. Thanks for reading. Sometimes letting the words hit the air.. helps.

So according to Ito, its not appropriate to "throw up a photograph" of Nicole after she had been beaten by OJ on one of many occasions, but because it could not be dated and therefore unverifiable as to whether it happened after one of the beatings Ito allowed to be brought up during this trial it is fucking "inappropriate"?! But it was ok for the fucking Defense pricks to waltz the jurors through OJ's home but not before they changed the majority of the photographs of white people and replaced them with black friends and family and THAT is appropriate?! Worst judge in history. Ito, your priorities were up to fuck!!! Walking the jurors through the killer's home so they could see how beautiful his Brentwood estate was with all his trophies, priceless works of art, expensive furniture and photographs of all the long list of black friends (and family) he apparently spent so much time with. I think that if Ito was really honest with himself and everyone else, he would admit that when the defense team proposed that the jurors do the walk through, he went along with it for his own selfish curiosity.

    • @christyjackson4835
      @christyjackson4835 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

The issue was that this particular photo of a much younger Nicole from 1978 or 79 could not be tied in with the incident that Denise witnessed. Denise could testified that she saw the photo in a bathroom drawer, but she could not testify that she was there in 78 or 79 when the assault occurred. Therefore it becomes hearsay. It is what it is. I can show you an old photo of me graduating at 18 but it doesn't mean you were there to see it happen if we are talking about my college graduation where you actually saw me walk. The judge is there to practice law. It was a murder trial, not a daycare. Chris D acted like a baby, again, this wasn't a daycare, so when the judge asked him REPEATEDLY "How does the photo tie in to Denise's testimony?" what Chris should have said is "No, Denise was not there to witness the beating that obviously occurred from this pic of her sister in the late 70s but this photo was discovered by her in her sister's bathroom in the late 80s and she can testify that her sister told her OJ blacked her eye. " It would still be hearsay. But it would have been the truth. Also, the pic was not dated specifically with a month , day or year. Its a murder trial. A prosecutor should be more thorough. Looks to me like Marcia was very quiet and allowed Chris to take that tongue lashing alone. She's a bitch. She set him up for failure, she knew how the defense would react. She knew Ito would assess this sneaky ass tactic to slide that photo in . Again, its a murder trial. Go heavy or go home. You make it sound personal. Mofos just doing their jobs.

Both Darden and Ito were very fooly taken to the defense's way of approaching this trial. Cochran, Shapiro and Bailey were magnificent lawyers. I seriously thought OJ was going to jail but after seeing their strategy I can clearly see the system is just terribly screwed when it is the wrong hands.

ito allowed the lawyers to dictate the trial and should have had the character to tell the lawyers that he made a decision and order and then instruct them to move on instead of allowing this back and forth diatribe. This trial should be used in law schools to teach this is not how to conduct yourself in court in a variety of issues.

have you seen pictures of battered women?
      here's a link.
allthingscrimeblog.com/2014/08/17/karla-homolka-psychological-evaluation-abuse-victim-or-just-plain-evil/ this woman was not battered.
OJ clearly had some violence with her but what ever caused these pictures was not strikes to the face, not even slaps.
      www.google.cz/search?q=karla+homolka+battered&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwj49MObkoTTAhXBDCwKHauUDcwQ_AUIBigB&biw=1600&bih=745#tbm=isch&q=pictures+of+battered+women&*
this is what women look like when punched by big men. Bulging black eyes, serious cuts to lips. In those pictures Nicole just looks more like she hasn't been eating and is sick.Women should never be fought with, no one should be, Nicole certainly was a victim of something but she certainly isn't a battered woman.
One instance of actual violence does not constitute battering. Maybe he emotionally manipulated her, even stalked her. But those picture prove nothing and the defense should have destroyed them.
Nicole was killed by drug dealers.

    • @TheNerdMan2
      @TheNerdMan2 7 ปีที่แล้ว +9

why bullshit. use reason. discuss. I am concerned with evidence, not a witch hunt to destroy one man.
I am not a fan of OJ, I just look at the facts of the case. Denise was supposedly the most devastating testimony for being battered apparently. The best she could say was that he once held her against the wall, threw some pictures and made an angry face.
I have known battered women and this trivializes what they go through. Go look up Karla Homolka, that was a battered woman. This seems like the case of a husband who took a couple of situations to far and did some rather objectionable things. But "battered woman" No way. I have never seen a battered woman sustain such little injury from being struck, especially by a man the size of OJ.
Add to that, no other woman before including his first wife reported abuse. Men who abuse women, do it to all the women they are with. Not just one of them, ALL OF THEM. Read up on it. Don't just let media dictate to you. Use reason. Critical thought.
OJ may or may not be a terrible person, an uncle tom, manipulative, whatever. But the murder and the way it happened and all these pleas to emotion, when there is no substance behind this battered woman accusations. I mean proof, not crying white women pretending to be innocent angel victimized by the big black monster who bought them all their condos and martini's.

After only one reported incident in 1989 by Nicole Brown
Simpson found himself villainized by the media over domestic violence
With eight calls made from Rockingham , no mention of Simpson being included in making those calls
Its the common assumption that woman are victims
It ignores the point of a murdered victim being male
It's extreme bias by Marcia Clark
A victim of sexual abuse at seventeen
By legal right it should have been declared a mistrial
which dismisses all statements with evidence had it been legal
There's a protected right to privacy to abuse victims by law
It allows anyone to draw their own conclusions about Nicole Brown
Let's just include that Nicole Brown Simpson was far from innocent
