    I have been really struggling with 24/7 nausea and exhaustion @8weeks. this video was so helpful for the gentle movements my body has needed, couldn’t even get out of bed to do it, but was able to complete it where I am. Thankful and counting it as a win for today❤️!

    Thank you for this video! I'm in the first trimester and so sick that I'm basically stuck in bed. It's been challenging not to move or be outside. This was the perfect, gentle video that I needed to move my body just a little bit and get out of the 'this is terrible, I can't do this' mindset for a bit. ❤
