I am 5 weeks pregnant and waiting for 3 more weeks to get an ultrasound. My progesterone is a bit low and the doctors are concerned for potential miscarriage. I am TERRIFIED and just want this baby more than anything. This meditation greatly helped calm me and I think I will do it every day until my ultrasound. Thank you!!!
I can agree with this in five weeks pregnant and the er told me my progesterone was pretty low and if I get my progesterone levels higher from when I was in the emergency room I can keep the baby but if nothing changes then I’ll be miscarrying most terrifying words I could hear especially me being a mom to be. I’ve always wanted to be a mom so me doing whatever it takes I’ll do it to make sure I can keep my baby
That was so very helpful. I have been struggling with anxiety for years and years. It's become much worse since I am pregnant as I can't stop the circle. I am getting nervous, so I become worried about the effect it may have on my baby, so I am getting even more anxious. I just hope she knows how much I am trying 💙 and I hope I haven't hurt her.
I have it bad too. Anxiety. Just focus on telling baby how much you love them. That's what I'm trying to do also. That makes me think beyond my fears, because if you are good at worrying, you can become good at prayer meditation. Mee too, all my love from one pregnant worry wart to another!
This has brought me back from a PTSD attack I had a tramatic birthing exsperiance as a 14 year old and almost died I was diagnosed with PTSD and when i was 20 i got pregnant and a tramatic missed misscareage where i was unable to the help i needed from my doctors i am currently 21 and pregnant for the third time im 6 weeks and this is my new goto video to come back from compleate panic and fear... I am beyond greatful you took the time out of your life to help others feel a sense of calm amd happiness in times of major fear and stress thank you again you have a beautiful soul 💕

Bettina; thank you thank you thank you ! I so needed this ! Id firstly like to say that I found your yoga sessions (for ivf) extremely helpful while I was having my treatment. I am now 11 weeks with my amazing ivf baby...and my anxiety is overwhelming sometimes. This has helped ground me and fill my body with love not fear. You are an angel on earth 💓🌟

I have been overjoyed but today I am overcome with anxiety and triggered in my loss-related ptsd as i have lost some blood this morning and am so afraid i will lose my little baby. All day my body was stiffened in fear. I was cold, kept shaking and could hardly eat. Somehow this practice made me warm and sleepy and i can feel my body soften. I think i might be able to go to sleep now. Thank you!
I forgot to tell you, your two week wait video has helped me tremendously too during my last IUI. I will return to this video until my first ultrasound, to keep it together in the meantime! Thank you so much ❤️
Thank you so much for this. I am struggling with feelings of grief and loss from a traumatic ectopic pregnancy and am pregnant again. This meditation really helped me to release some of that pain and focus on this new little life inside of me. After my ectopic I struggled to do yoga again as the physical movement for some reason triggered my memories and you really helped me with one of your yoga sessions which specially focussed on loss. I can't thank you enough for your videos.
I was having some anxiety at work and I’m in my first trimester I had to take a little break to just relax a little and get my body together and let me Tell you, this is better than medicine!❤️❤️

Baby's gestation size is good and heart beat is strong! I am just a bit nervous but haven't had any spotting/bleeding so I feel all is well this time! If you are familiar with sub chorionic hemorrhage, I'd love a video talking about it or yoga to help it in anyway please! Appreciated=)
