    This practice is the only thing keeping my nausea at bay - I’m so grateful for this video! I do it every morning and I’m 4 days nausea free after an entire week of debilitating naesua where i could barely eat, thank you Brett!!

    Thank you sister my body was feeling nauseated which usually means fear based emotions and looping stories for me. It really helped me sink into rest and honor , listen and lovingly speak to those fears. My energy has picked up to get some tasks completed but will allow for more awareness as well. Blessings!!

    I still feel weak and tired from having the flu but I am ready to lay down and rest now and feel good about getting to my mat and being able to complete this practice which was very relaxing for me.. Namaste!

    I am so grateful to have found this video. I have been doing your yoga and kundalini yoga videos for years. I currently am battling a recurrence of ovarian cancer after being cancer free for 5 years! I do attribute a healthy lifestyle and most of all my yoga practice for being disease free for so long. Unfortunately my cancer is genetically driven and is considered a chronic illness for me. I am status post chemotherapy 4 days ago, and have some minor nausea and fatigue. This video has helped me immensely. I thank you from my heart to yours. ❤🤍❤

      I though I am only one whenever I opened my eyes the 1st thing poped up in my mind is nausea and vometing and I can't even smell I hate smells

    No to morning sickness tea is a life saver. With my first pregnancy, I was miserable and in the hospital. I drink this and I have energy and feel so good and I can eat.. I'm around 9 weeks with my second and this pregnancy been easy. I love the fruit flavor. I drink it hot and some days I make ice tea for the day.

    I actually kinda do this when I'm not feeling well on the toilet, just resting my head on the laundry box infront of me and breathe. Didn't know you'd almost call this yoga lol

      I do the same thing but on the sink in front of me. The indention in my forehead for several minutes after will now be a reminder of this practice. (:

    Been feeling really nauseous lately and this gave me some relief. I have been interested in meditation for quite sometime but yoga definitely works synergistically with it. Thought yoga was kind of weird being a guy but I plan to practice these techniques and pursue unlocking my mind and body.

    I feel rather silly that at 45 years old I am just realizing there are simple poses to do to relieve nausea like this. I was feeling pretty terrible just prior to this and thought to check for a pose that might help. I think next my daughter isn't feeling well I'll have her try these as well. She tends to have a nervous stomach so this is great. Thank you so much!

    The first pose felt really uncomfortable for my upper back and neck area and was also putting excess pressure on my abdomen. But the second pose did exactly the opposite it felt wonderful. Thank you for this relaxing video much love! 💘

    Hello brett. I must admit, do to the fact i have severe back pain at times, i was concerned about doing the first pose, but to my surprise it didn't hurt at all. I suffer from DDD!!! better known as degenerative disc disease!! so doing things even stretching can be a bit challenging at times because of the inflammatory i go through. At times i do feel fatigued and sick in the stomach do to anxiety. This right here gave me a chance to just escape from all of that anxiety that I've been suffering from for the last ten years!!! its great to have kind spirited people like you helping make a difference in people lives including mine. I thank you so much for that. I truly mean that. Your beautiful too and your baby is adorable. I have however a quick question, do you have yoga videos for people with ddd? if so id love to give it a go. Either way i loved this experience god bless you🙏.

    Hello.
    I am having a diabetes from 10 years and age is 25+ but am really in to workout and low carb diet. About 1 year ago i had nausea and vertigo i did yoga and than didn't have even a once of feeling nausea and vertigo after 1 year now again am feeling vertigo and nausea. Do you know why is it so after 1 year. Actually i was doing neck stretching which i always do after that i am suffering from this nausea and vertigo.
    I will start doing from tomorrow.

    Lovely practice but can you remove the intrusive advert from the middle of the video? I had a man suddenly shouting at me while I was getting into the zone of the first pose :(
