This is my first video back for a couple of weeks. Today my nausea is down enough to want to stretch. My body has not been happy with the nausea or the lack of stretching. I'm grateful for the anxiety focus. Not only with the pandemic happening but I miscarried back in September and it's hard not to worry every single day that it will happen again this time. So thanks for all your videos about your experiences and your heartfelt words. They do help. ♥️
