I will say, something that improved my health greatly was cutting my sugar intake to less than 25g a day. The number of migraines I was getting dropped nearly to zero a month! You'd be shocked how much sugar is in all our food here in America :( 1 soda alone is twice my allotted daily sugar!

My wife uses myfitnesspal app and she really likes it. She says it's wayyyy easier to log specific foods than other apps
