    I will say, something that improved my health greatly was cutting my sugar intake to less than 25g a day. The number of migraines I was getting dropped nearly to zero a month! You'd be shocked how much sugar is in all our food here in America :( 1 soda alone is twice my allotted daily sugar!

      Megan Floyd it’s so true! Sugar is one of the number 1 killers! Also you increase your chances of developing cancers with excessive sugar intake! That’s great advice thank you!

    My wife uses myfitnesspal app and she really likes it. She says it's wayyyy easier to log specific foods than other apps

      macdud85 yes I’ve been telling people about MyFitnessPal for years! If used correctly and you are accountable to yourself you will definitely lose weight with it! That’s so cool!
