    It's a true treat when you get to train your fav muscle groups on your birthday!! Turned 17 today, even though board exams are going on, I'm planning to spend time with my family in the evening

    Caroline's workouts are literally the best. We've tried many different workouts, with many different trainers and hers are by far the most effective . They never fail to make us sore!

    Whew, those single leg hip thrusts! I had to take more rests than I wanted to during those. But I kept going at least and my glutes are on fire now! How does only a 20 minute workout feel like an hour?! Only Caroline can jam pack an awesome workout into so short a time 😀

      Hi Shruthi...and a very good morning to you too! I’ve just finished and I loved this! Those no thrust complexes were so hard...but fun to keep pushing through! Finished off with abs complexes...a great morning of workouts! Yes...I love Caroline’s details in planning and production! I really love her preview videos on FB and IG with the door and the lion door knocker...then you get to see what is inside! Have a great workout and a lovely day! Matthew

    Caroline, thank you for these shorter workouts. Even though it’s months since you posted I am using them to help me regain strength and muscle I lost while sick with hyperemesis during my pregnancy. These workouts are not too strenuous and make me feel like I’m able to slowly get back to feeling like myself. God bless you! You are so appreciated. Love from Texas, USA.

    Okay…adding that I too found those single leg hip thrusts a serious test of inner strength to keep going as long as possible. The mini rests were such a relief! But when they were done, I couldn’t believe we were already at the finisher. I was enjoying it so much, serious burn and all, that I decided to add on Caroline’s 20-minute glute band only workout. That video is such great practice on stretching out that band the whole time. Thank you, Caroline, for another great workout!

    I’m new to Caroline and dumbbells so thought I would start with this series. Every part of my body is hurting and I’m only using 2kg! But I’m loving it and find her very inspirational. Today killed me!

    Thank you Caroline Girvan for creating these wonderful home workouts! We are on vacation and there's a gym here, but there was an annoying person showing off and hogging the weights. Now, I remember how difficult it's to be at gyms.

    I did this again today.. One simply cannot underestimate this workout because of the short duration.. What a workout!! What an absolutely brilliant planning!! Caroline's all workouts are truly exceptional..Caroline you are such an incredible trainer and a person too!! I loved each and every complex!! Such a good burn to glutes and hamstrings!! Caroline I always say everything that I achieved in terms of fitness is only because of you!! I have done all these exercises for the first time in my life since I started following you!!     I can’t believe I actually woke up on Saturday excited to see what Caroline had posted. Thank you for the continued motivation and help… I love the 20 min workouts, but yes agree I was still a little sore from yesterday’s workout--feel the burn! The bands really help to engage the glut med/min. I bought the cloth ones and they are so comfortable and don’t roll. CG plz know your dedication to your community is so appreciated! Love the style of your workouts! 💜

    I just have to say this! I love your make-up and your skin tone! haha... Glutes and hams are really my most neglected muscle group. But because of you, I have learned to pay attention to them and it has helped me strengthen them and alleviate the pain. So thank you again so much Caroline!     I think I remember reading in a community post that Caroline can hip thrust THREE TIMES her bodyweight… and even she has to pause at one point during this workout! 😳 I’m predicting I’ll have to pause many more times than that 🔥

      Oh yessss Matthew!! It would surprise you just how strong our glute muscles are! Though this type of workout is my favourite for glutes… it allows for you to really focus and make it as challenging as possible! Enjoy! 🤩

    I will be secretly swearing at you tomorrow as I go up and down my stairs! I loooove these 20 min workouts! So effective in a short amount of time, short and sweet! These will continue to be my normal workouts for next year! Thanks for making such amazing workouts!

    I'm new to your workouts but am loving what I've tried - which are the shorter 20min or less workouts. I cobble two of them together each time. Amazing how doing it slower makes it so much more effective! Thank you Caroline! Will keep making my way around your other workouts.

    I've started EPIC 1 15 days ago and have been doing it without any rest days whatsoever and now I'm consistent to do these 24 days along with Epic 1, I know it is hard but this toxic relationship that we are all suffering from with Caroline is what brings us back to her workouts every single day and tbh if this is what true love is then count me a lover 🤣

    It’s been a while since I’ve done a specific glutes workout ! I don’t do them naturally, I don’t like hip thrusts so thank you Caroline for pushing me through. I know I have to work them to correct some unbalances, it has so many benefits ! 😊

    I had to take a rest day yesterday because I was so sore from day 3 😂 it still hurts to walk but I'm here haha. The first week after a long break is always the hardest whew

    🔥🔥🔥!! My glutes and hamstrings are toast after this one! I loved it but it was tough!! Hip thrusts, sumos, and RDL are 3 of my favorite exercises!🤗 Those single leg hip thrusts took my legs to failure several times! It was awesome! It was hard to get back up at times following the thrusts to do the sumos and RDLs😂! Love it!! Definitely targeted the area! The finisher took a lot of grit to hold on throughout but I did it! 👊🏻 🤩! Thanks Caroline! See you next time!

    Ouch ouch & ouch 😱😱 those hip thrusts they hurt so much esp with the band. Hit all the right places. It was a fun session with 🔥🔥🔥. Loved the ab add on also. Still feeling it on the glutes and hamstrings. Enjoy all but most of all have fun. 😀😀

    Ouch...Glutes & Hammies were on 🔥🔥🔥. Burn got so Intense at the finisher. Couldn't hide it in my face 😁. So relieved hearing the last beep. Enjoyed using the band again. Great workout! Also did the 10min. Ab wo. add-on.

    What a delightful burning glutes and hamstrings workout, already sore from yesterday's RDL addon so what's a little more? More the merrier! Absolutely loved this fantastic session, the only downside is that it flew by way too quickly. Thank you Caroline for the 24 Days of Christmas series, it rocks, can't wait for day 5!

    Good morning today I did yesterday’s and today’s workout. Heart rate and sweat were present throughout both workouts 😰😰🥵🥵. Caroline you surely know how to get the maximum of strength in 20 minutes. Loving those short training.

    This morning I bumped into an old friend I haven't seen for weeks.....Yes the Gluteband.... those single legs required a pitstop towards the end as they 🔥 burn 🔥. 25kgs seemed a lot heavier today but all done and you do feel super afterwards. Definitely feel this 20mins. Happy Saturday 😉 Everyone
