I use to workout to change my appearance, but now I am legitimately focused on getting stronger and challenging myself and I feel so accomplished and it is such a rewarding feeling when I know I pushed past my comfort zone and can perform more reps and lift heavier! my mindset now is functionality/strength>>>>appearance! this mindset has really improved my motivation and just overall mental wellbeing! I loved this workout! What a challenge! I really enjoyed starting on the mat. The bottom/top/full range exercises were very intense! Oh they burned!!🔥 My shoulders were on fire from the first press and they didn't stop til I crashed the car😂. I really struggled driving the car at the end. I mostly just crashed over and over again😆. Awesome workout in only 20 minutes yet again! These workouts are brilliantly planned! Onto the add-on! Thanks Caroline.😊

I started using 2.5kgs each pair of dumbbells, I had been lifting since April, on and off but only when I started doing your workouts around 3 weeks or a month back did I start seeing visible changes. And today, I finally did all the chest presses using a pair of 5 kg each dumbbells while maintaining form. You are playing an important role in helping me shift my perception towards working out. Since I started following you I have taken control of my disordered eating habits and improved my energy levels too. THANK YOU SO MUCH CAROLINE

I doubled up this workout with the previous 10 min abs one - I feel so good and energetic so just going with it. Thank you for all this variety, there is NEVER a dull day with you, Caroline. 10 minutes in and my arms were shaky! This was a staggering session followed by the triceps. My entire upper body is *rocky* and my biceps so inflated. A short and very efficacious workout that allows you to go heavy & perform your very best. Thanks Caroline, I shall re-visit this often! 🤍

Another workout I never commented on but this is what I'd call a "Caroline 20- min upper body flow." No repeat and every exercise flows beautifully to the next. Great way to feel a burn chest, arms, shoulders in a short amount of time!💪🙏🔥❤

All my previous trainers have had that toxic female mentality ("We work out to lose weight and become attractive") you know the kind!! No one ever understood how empowering it was to FEEL STRONG. I know it was the Lord, I have been to gyms and always seen progress, but when I decided to workout from home, I received guidance from another training to be a licensed p.t. on what equipment to purchase and then looked on TH-cam and found your videos. Great, new 20mn videos, that's the perfect length for me, I prefer chain two 20mn than a single focussed 40-45mn, allows more variety (or a 20mn strength and the other cardio). Thanks Caroline 😊

I really enjoyed all the different chest variations today. ❤️ Those shoulder presses were more challenging after fatiguing the chest first. This made me realize how much you really do use your chest when doing shoulder presses.💪🏻

Wow this was intense 😃👍🏻. But how fabulously intense for the upper body, my arms were on fire 🔥 💪 by the end. I had to adjust the weights down or risk uncontrolled technique!! Better to be safe then sorry, especially with my shoulders 😀😂. Thank you Caroline.

That was the quickest workout ever. The felt like 5 minutes. It was exhausting my chest and shoulders are fried. 15 minutes of work...GO!
10 minutes in and my arms were shaky! This was a staggering session followed by the triceps. My entire upper body is *rocky* and my biceps so inflated. A short and very efficacious workout that allows you to go heavy & perform your very best. Thanks Caroline, I shall re-visit this often! 🤍

Another workout I never commented on but this is what I'd call a "Caroline 20- min upper body flow." No repeat and every exercise flows beautifully to the next. Great way to feel a burn chest, arms, shoulders in a short amount of time!💪🙏🔥❤

Great, new 20mn videos, that's the perfect length for me, I prefer chain two 20mn than a single focussed 40-45mn, allows more variety (or a 20mn strength and the other cardio). Thanks Caroline 😊

I really enjoyed all the different chest variations today. ❤️ Those shoulder presses were more challenging after fatiguing the chest first. This made me realize how much you really do use your chest when doing shoulder presses.💪🏻

Wow this was intense 😃👍🏻. But how fabulously intense for the upper body, my arms were on fire 🔥 💪 by the end. I had to adjust the weights down or risk uncontrolled technique!! Better to be safe then sorry, especially with my shoulders 😀😂. Thank you Caroline.
