Thank you, Sophie! I love the music in this workout. Sometimes, the hyped music with fast beats makes me feel too stressed. But the music here was calming, but motivated me to keep going. It reminded me of driving-up-the-mountains-type-of-music 😊.

Oh man, I’m not sure what weight your dumbbells are but after doing this workout with my 20 pound ones my arms feel like jelly lol😅
Do I have to repeat the workout to get results or nah?
