Omg... these are EXACTLY the easy recipes I need in my life right now. I am the only vegan in my house and I need to keep things inexpensive and simple. Thank you sooooo much for this!!!!
I've been eating overnight oats with a milk alternative and gluten free oats with vanilla flavouring and 100% peanuts peanut butter. I also add flax/wallnut/enzyme mix. Fills me for the whole day!!! I even add berries and bananas
OMG! That cereal bowl is like having dessert for breakfast! I blended a frozen banana with oat milk, protein powder, and added peanut butter powder then topped with frozen mixed berries. I have now added Kashi chocolate loops to my breakfast routine! 🙏🏾
Gnocchi are also amazing in split pea soup. And if you're craving that hammy flavor, Orrington Farms has a vegan ham flavoring that's much nicer than trying to get the right amount of liquid smoke without getting too much and making your food taste like burned wood. Another souper lazy meal we eat here -- it takes time, but you can cook the peas without watching them for quite a while. I use my Instant Pot and when the peas are done, add the flavoring and the gnocchi and hit the saute function til the gnocchi are done.
Would anyone else like to see her do vegan recipes for people with allergies or intolerances? Like there are vegans with bowl/digestive problems who stay vegan eating an ibs or fodmaps diet. Might be a challenge for her but I think she would still make it work.
