      Thank you my friend for the comment 100%. I believe most men do have depression, they just don't even acknowledge it and that makes it worse. Thank you again for taking the time to leave the comment

    You’re doing a great service for the thousands of young and older men watching your videos. We need more positivity especially through fitness. Your like the dad I never had, as wierd as it sounds. So many men going through life and hard times lost without guidance in this world

    • @JessePawlak
      @JessePawlak  9 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Men need a purpose in life, a sense of Fellowship, being a part of the community. I see the impact I'm having on many. That being said , it is my own responsibility to help other men because I have the power to do so, to ignore that responsibility would be a personal sin. We are in this together.

    Your videos are absolute gold. No BS. No trash. Just knowledge. Been doing the partials over the last couple of months and I’ve seen more progress in that time than if I’d stayed doing full ROM. I still do a few light reps with full ROM, but working sets are partials to isolate the muscle. Brilliant stuff.

    Bro no matter what I never been able to do muscle ups. So much respect! Pull ups always have been my weak point. Literally for months Mon Wed Fri 20 sets of pull ups every day. 5 sets wide,5 sets close grip. Then repeat with reverse grip. This was super set with 20 to 25 push ups after ever set. Along with slow jog from one side of the soccer field and back. Even after that still couldn't do them 😂😂😂😂

    brand new realization 4 me.... standing upright seems to necessitate at least 8 times the lever stability FROM the hand to the waist. which then makes foot to shoulder more efficient from the upright posture. I have noticed definitely my stride balance increase from doing more of the whole body swings as opposed to only straight pull ups. after seeing your vids this just seems absolutely accurate. thank you so much for showing the effective work. :)

    Jesse, I love ur dedication and passion for working out. Question, have u seen a lot of mass growth from just doing calisthenics, or did you see a lot of mass growth when you were bulking and doing calisthenics? I have always had to gain a decent amount of weight to see my muscles blow up

    • @JessePawlak
      @JessePawlak  7 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Yes, that is the interesting part about all this. I used the half rep range of motion with calisthenics to gain my size and shape along with eating on the regular four times a day, the same time of day consistency in my working out and my eating.

    LEGIT!!! Do you usually rep out in the same cadence? Or sometimes do you slow it down or speed it up? And do you ever mix in kettlebells or free-weights? Apologies for so many questions brother.

    • @JessePawlak
      @JessePawlak  12 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      Definitely muscle confusion slowing down the pace and picking up the pace it all adds to different muscle fibers slow twitch quick twitch. I've only used free weights during one of the prisons I was at and it wasn't on a consistent basis the prison system always used closure of the weight room as punishment and we can never count on getting to the weights as a regular routine so I've always reverted back to my calisthenics cuz that's what built my body to begin with and that's what I can count on but I have nothing against free weights I'll pick them up at times but that's not what Built My Body

    I can't do pull ups. I followed several fitness influencers for long time but with a little to no success I even got pain in my elbow healed by resting.
    The problem is they get to it with ease and not showing what kind of exercises could help.
    Now I am doing your recommendations for beginning with inverted rows with different types of grips especially opposed grips and I am seeing progress without any pain. As a bonus my imbalances are disappearing.
    Thanks a lot. Keep it up bro.

    • @xfu1993

      Inverted rows to develop some back muscles and the best thing for beginners IMO: jump on the bar and let yourself fall down VERY SLOWLY,
      do this a couple times a day and you'll be doing your first pullup in no time.
      If you are overweight, loose some too

    • @User_ML907
      @User_ML907 12 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Thanks for your response. Negatives make my inner elbow hurts. So am just doing dead and active hanging and inverted rows.
      I used to be a skinny fat but no overweight. Since I worked out I built a decent amount of muscles but still have some belly fat.

    • @xfu1993
      @xfu1993 12 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      @@User_ML907 that's good man, keep this up and you'll be able to do pullups.
      Skinny fat I know this all too well man, what I did in 2022 to get rid of my beer belly (that I had at around 78kg/182cm for reference) was:
      - lots of proteins
      - 50-100g of carbs max/day
      - around 70-80g/lipids a day
      For me the low carbs were the most crucial part.
      I TOTALLY got rid of the belly and I mean, my six pack was visible for the first time in my life (at 71kg).
      I was working out too: pushups/pullups/dips and inverted rows with rings/planks and crunches for core/abs and bits of curls/hammer curls/ + rear and side delts work with dumbbells.
      You can do it man. Nowadays I go to the gym and got a bit of belly fat but I see a four pack at 78kg.

I been going to the gym with my boy and watching him just pumping weights the whole time n I understand the body he wants but it's not for me. I want that agility, explosiveness AND strength that you have. I also feel like it will help and go well with me getting back to fighting fit when I boxed and dabbled in Muay Thai.

      Honestly I have very little experience with creatine. I've only read good things about it though. I would say it's a safe bet As Long As You Are following the directions. My understanding is it basically makes you retain water and that being said your muscles work better hydrated.
