Your videos are absolute gold. No BS. No trash. Just knowledge. Been doing the partials over the last couple of months and I’ve seen more progress in that time than if I’d stayed doing full ROM. I still do a few light reps with full ROM, but working sets are partials to isolate the muscle. Brilliant stuff.
Best muscle building channel on TH-cam, not even an exaggeration, you absolutely know what you’re talking about & all of us who listen to you get results.
Excelent advices and exercises Jesse. I recently got the Muscle Up, but I noticed I still need additional explosivity on my pull ups to finish learning the movement and executing the transition properly. Thank you 💪

Thank you my friend it was a nice day in the park for sure. And these muscle ups sure are fun to do. Honestly with the swinging motion I don't feel like I'm using much strength and all. You got to give it a try. And thank you for taking the time to comment appreciate that 100%
Thank you my friend I appreciate the support and you taking the time to comment 100%. It is a fun Journey helping people get fit. Personally rewarding.
Bro no matter what I never been able to do muscle ups. So much respect! Pull ups always have been my weak point. Literally for months Mon Wed Fri 20 sets of pull ups every day. 5 sets wide,5 sets close grip. Then repeat with reverse grip. This was super set with 20 to 25 push ups after ever set. Along with slow jog from one side of the soccer field and back. Even after that still couldn't do them 😂😂😂😂
You get to the meat of it all and it all works great! I saw that walker dip and now I do it all the time. Definitely be starting my pull ups too. Thanks man
brand new realization 4 me.... standing upright seems to necessitate at least 8 times the lever stability FROM the hand to the waist. which then makes foot to shoulder more efficient from the upright posture. I have noticed definitely my stride balance increase from doing more of the whole body swings as opposed to only straight pull ups. after seeing your vids this just seems absolutely accurate. thank you so much for showing the effective work. :)
I’ve been doing the inverted rows too. From zero to four wide grip in three weeks. Also the hanging squeeze of the middle muscles to build that for starting the pull up
@JessePawlak you're welcome, it seems like you have good control of it. Im sure you know intensity is a great tool to have if you can harness it and use it for positivity. Great channel, your energy is inspiring me to get out of the slump I've been in 🙏

Hey Jesse, love all the workout vids you've been posting and your use of the partials! Have you ever experienced much repetitive strain injury from using the partial reps as you're performing a lot of the same movement? Thanks mate!
Thank you for the comment and no the partial reps actually allow me to work around my physical injuries that I acquired over a lifetime of just being hard on myself

LEGIT!!! Do you usually rep out in the same cadence? Or sometimes do you slow it down or speed it up? And do you ever mix in kettlebells or free-weights? Apologies for so many questions brother.
Definitely muscle confusion slowing down the pace and picking up the pace it all adds to different muscle fibers slow twitch quick twitch. I been going to the gym with my boy and watching him just pumping weights the whole time n I understand the body he wants but it's not for me. I want that agility, explosiveness AND strength that you have. I also feel like it will help and go well with me getting back to fighting fit when I boxed and dabbled in Muay Thai.
I appreciate the comment my friend you know you really got me thinking about my methods that I use and how I got to where I am with them I'm going to have to do another video in detail about these explosive movements. There's just so much to cover.

Hi Jesse. Fellow tree climber here. It looks like you’re mostly training to failure, right? Doesn’t it affect you when tree climbing? I’m usually avoiding failure when I’m working out my upper body, in order not to bring tired arms to the trees. I’m curious about how you manage that. Thanks in advance and keep it up! (Loving your vids)
That's a hard line to walk my friend I can't tell you how many times I've been in a tree and my legs will Charlie horse or my biceps and then I'm wondering how I'm going to get down LOL
Hey mate,,, what are your thoughts on creatine?...I've been training consistently for 11 years now... and been thinking of jumping on the Creo.... would U recommend it....and how much do U recommend per day....I'm 92kg and around 5 "10.... thanks.... much love from Australia
Honestly I have very little experience with creatine. I've only read good things about it though. I would say it's a safe bet As Long As You Are following the directions. My understanding is it basically makes you retain water and that being said your muscles work better hydrated.

Thanks a lot for sharing your tips and drills. Very helpful.
Your message is very motivating bro.
I love to hear progress reports Keep them coming! This is honestly what it's all about just men helping other men through experience. Thank you for taking the time to comment my friend.
Hey mam when is the beginner workout coming out? Looking forward to getting started 🔥
Definitely lots of beginner stuff exactly how I started coming out I just wanted to be as good as possible for you guys.
Bro seeing u do those muscle ups and crazy push up variations 🤯.
@@JessePawlak you're more than welcome thank you for sharing your wisdom. I will be waiting for those videos. You got a follower for sure. Big love from London ✌

@@JessePawlak I’ve got a defibrillator in my chest so I can’t go as hard as I’d like.
@@JessePawlak Classic lol! Thanks for your response. A video about your approach to tree climbing would be awesome. Thanks again
THANK YOU !!!
Thank you my friend
Hey mate,,, what are your thoughts on creatine?...I've been training consistently for 11 years now... and been thinking of jumping on the Creo.... would U recommend it....and how much do U recommend per day....I'm 92kg and around 5 "10.... thanks.... much love from Australia
Honestly I have very little experience with creatine. I've only read good things about it though. I would say it's a safe bet As Long As You Are following the directions. My understanding is it basically makes you retain water and that being said your muscles work better hydrated.
goooooood work meeen!
Heck yeah! Thank you my friend appreciate the comment 100%
