Total honesty and no long spiels to get to the point, which is not rocket science as you perfectly describe here. Too often people get lost and confused with conflicting information and literal mumbo jumbo from literally all other fitness channels. Your channel should be at the top for the absolute simple truth!

At 70 I no longer care primarily about size and strength so much as just going out there and having fun. I've been mostly working with kettlebells and mace cause they're cool and nobody else is doing it. However, your vids have got me so jacked about doing partial reps I'm going to go downstairs at my gym and start incorporating that into my routine.

Hey Jesse, I am a total fitness nerd so I look at a lot of the new research. We actually just found that muscle damage isn’t the primary driver of growth. It’s muscle stimulation! So especially when you work these muscles super hard like you are, you are creating an immense amount of stimulation that takes that recovery period to adapt and overcome. I’d actually argue that the high muscle damage from full ROM make it harder to recover which is why this method is better! I’m loving this strategy, it’s been so much gentler on my joints and has allowed me to move like a normal person again🙏

Hey jesse, I remember doing split routines years ago and having a lot of success. One day was just lots of heavy squats and finishing up with biceps work cuz that's all the energy I had left. The other day was all the other body parts. I discovered partial reps for my triceps and traps by accident, but man, they sure did work! For whatever reason, I stopped doing them, until now.. watching your channel brought them back. Now, I do full range of motion for one set, then partial reps for the burn, and my gains have never been better! You rock, dude!

Right on!!! I'm an ex prisoner. Pullups and burpees for me. In Salinas valley, on the 1 yard, I was doing 50 pullups straight. I'd do pullups for hours. I had a pull up contest with an old school crip. He had one leg missing, and was 160lbs. He did 54/pullups, I did 58, wide grip. I even had to start over the first attempt at 40/pullups, because OG said I wasn't going all the way up. Second attempt, he finally agreed, I bet him

In Turkey, there's a saying "A man is not a man until he's been to prison". Every man has a couple situations in life where in order to protect your dignity or your honor, you could end up on the other side of the fence.

I train powerlifting and heavyweight in different gyms, but I get bored being there because today those who go to the gym only do so for ego and wanting to be "famous" or something like that, and they are also very weak people physically and mentally.
I train at home when I don't go to the gym and it is 100% rewarding, I also do it on bars in the park etc and my power, volume, muscle quality and above all physical strength has been greatly enhanced.
There are those who get depressed for not going to the gym for a week (LMAO) without knowing that they can train hardcore at home with just bodyweight.
Nice vid buddy. New follower here.

Most people are lazy and give themselves excuses for not staying fit. It is less convenient to go to a gym where you’re driving to and from, being watched by other people, and pay membership fees. I have what I need at home to get stronger, can run outside to work on endurance. I just feel lucky to have found this channel!

"Just Start" The most easy but the hardest thing to do! 💪💪 Like right now Im Starting 100 REPS With lightweight. My goal is to do full body. For some reason I feel like I cheat myself when I try to do a split workout !
That's why I gravitate more to full body And I rest 2 days in a row.And then I start again then rest two days in a row and start again 💪💪
I've come to the conclusion that I have to do it works for me And like I've said before, I've been so conditioned to do full range of motion.
Half repping seems wrong but it works! It's weird😂 But whatever you do just get them gains

Peanut butter is one of the best foods for maintaining muscle, building muscle and even pre-workout energy. It's cheap, has a fair amount of protein, a lot of good fats and it's easy to eat a lot of it to get in a lot of calories. I probably eat 20 tablespoons of peanut butter a day as part of my diet.
