I do a LOT Of calisthenics utilizing pushup bars, dips, weighted dips, pull-ups, body weight squats, step up’s, sprints, skip rope etc…..and as you’ve stated CONSISTENCY is key and you will GET RESULTS. What’s your meal plan look like? Any restrictions or things you don’t eat? I mostly fast for 16 to 18 hours a day. Don’t always eat clean and I tend to drink on Saturday. Trying to just drink straight with ice now vs mixed drinks. Anyway I’m definitely subscribing to you
I've been working out at home for about 2 years now i run in place do pushups kind of similar to a burpee then do crunches lift a little bit of dumbells also add squats in and walk around my apartment 👍
Big respect for that mat much definition in you obliques, that must be partially genetic because not many people have that type of definition in the obliques
You need a calf exercise. Try weighted vest jumping jacks. Builds traps because the weight is held on the shoulders and builds the calves from the impact.
Love them prison yard workouts! Calisthenics are great for building muscle and shredding the body fat because the heart rate bumps up. Keeps burning calories even hours after the exercise moves. Quickens the mind too. Get battle ready for when it pops off in the yard.
