I know people who already died in ur age, if you start living then its a win. U motivate a lot of people. Respect.

I'm not jacked like you, but I do eat small portions all day. It's just the way I've always been. Except dinner, then it's either another small meal or I feast depending on how I feel. I'm always in motion and busy, I find the smaller snacks and such easier to process and they don't take up time. I stopped using Ziploc bags and bought silicon bags. The silicon bags are way better and reusable. You can microwave them too, they're awesome. I keep one bag in my work vest with mixed nuts and sesame sticks. I keep another bag in my locker with dried fruits etc.... I just recently came across your channel. I'm doing the push ups and pull ups routines you've suggested. My body tells me the recovery time. I'm a week in, so I got some time and perseverance to put in still. I want to get to the burpees by Autumn. You rock!

coming from you in California! Love the channel! I wrestled for tens years. middle school, all the summers, then highschool and the summers. I was pretty good. I ended up hurting my rotator cuff and couldn't finish my final season. After highschool, my best friend moved into my house and we both started doing hard drugs. I stopped working out. Lost 30 pounds. A few months later my friend moved and died of fentanyl overdose. That forced me to want to get clean. I have been for a few months now. Your videos are inspiring to get back into shape!

I used to work at a semi truck tire shop. Nothing but PB&J sandwiches and coffee I had for my break. I would stack the tires 9x9 and the average weight of a semi truck tire is like 110-112 pounds. It was super tough on my body but it definitely got me ripped. Stopped working there and I’ve gained quite the fat. Hopping back into intense workouts and I’ve incorporated a lot of your workouts like the prison burpees and the half rep push ups that just add intensity to the workout. Glad to see your channel growing!

Yo Jess, I have those hunger pains and can’t eat big meals rather prefer small meals throughout the day cause I burn so many calories because I don’t sleep, have a high metabolism and chug coffee all day trying to get over bad habits.. watched this earlier and seen your peanut butter tip and I’ve been doing it all day and night while I work and it’s really been makin a difference! it’s 4am and I’m not able to eat anything really but I’m not dying of hunger either and I’m able to still focus pretty well. I get those same nauseating hunger pains. If I wait too long, it’s nearly impossible to eat, so I also try to eat throughout the day. I’ve never heard anyone describe having the same issue, but I’m sure it’s more common than I realize. You’ve got great content man, love that you’re sharing the wealth of knowledge you’ve been sitting on. Be well friend.
Word of advice try drinking a glass of water (8-12oz) immediately when you wake up in the morning and it we’ll help your metabolism be more productive and helps you consume caffeine better with less of a crash

I was actually curious about your daily diet after seeing how high energy the workouts generally are and now finding out your job is also very strenuous I can see the reason for these choices. Excellent tip on the boiled eggs poking a small hole never seems to work well enough, I too enjoy soaking them bad boiz in some Redhot aswell overnight or just using hickory smoked sea salt. Crazy Richards is dang good as far as good ol store bought nut butter 'just peanuts' no added oils or other ingredients, just fyi if your into trying different stuff. But homemade walnut butter with a bit of 100% unsweetened cocoa powder and ceylon cinnamon slapped together in a food processor....maaaan 🤤 Dear gawd thats goodstuff right there, across a chunk of celery....GOD TIER workin' snack. As always, great video and appreciate the info. 😎🤙Have a good'n compadre.
Finally someone with a realistic and practical day of eating video. Surprising how something as cost effective as these snacks tops out your calories, fats and protein for a whole day. Granted it’s not a 5* gourmet meal but then again this is the real world and definitely a more affordable way to get your macros in and not have to remortgage your house. Love the content!

@@JessePawlak ahh mate simplicity is key, I always found variety is the number one appetite killer. Finding the foods your body handles well on a regular basis is the win and helps you stick to it. I’m gonna try this as the volume is low and calories high, basically the best hack for a stomach that isn’t distended and stuffed with rice lol Your physique definitely shows what you preach 💪
Have you tried sardines or mackerel? Preferably in water or olive oil (stay away from the soy bean, canola stuff..) May be an acquired taste for some, but high in vitamin D, phosphorus, and calcium. Great channel, man. Thank you for sharing your wisdom and helping folks along the way.

I was actually curious about your daily diet after seeing how high energy the workouts generally are and now finding out your job is also very strenuous I can see the reason for these choices.
Excellent tip on the boiled eggs poking a small hole never seems to work well enough, I too enjoy soaking them bad boiz in some Redhot aswell overnight or just using hickory smoked sea salt.
Crazy Richards is dang good as far as good ol store bought nut butter 'just peanuts' no added oils or other ingredients, just fyi if your into trying different stuff.
But homemade walnut butter with a bit of 100% unsweetened cocoa powder and ceylon cinnamon slapped together in a food processor....maaaan

Finally someone with a realistic and practical day of eating video. Surprising how something as cost effective as these snacks tops out your calories, fats and protein for a whole day. Granted it’s not a 5* gourmet meal but then again this is the real world and definitely a more affordable way to get your macros in and not have to remortgage your house. Love the content!

@@JessePawlak ahh mate simplicity is key, I always found variety is the number one appetite killer. Finding the foods your body handles well on a regular basis is the win and helps you stick to it. I’m gonna try this as the volume is low and calories high, basically the best hack for a stomach that isn’t distended and stuffed with rice lol Your physique definitely shows what you preach 💪
Have you tried sardines or mackerel? Preferably in water or olive oil (stay away from the soy bean, canola stuff..) May be an acquired taste for some, but high in vitamin D, phosphorus, and calcium. Great channel, man. Thank you for sharing your wisdom and helping folks along the way.
. University of Santa Cruz research state that eating tuna eaten every day causes too much methylmercury exposure. I like to eat can of sardines once a week.
