​@@techmissionEnglish Hi, have you tried using the duct tape method to fix the creep? You just apply a small piece of duct tape on the barrel that extends. As a result it's "thicker" and doesn't creep anymore. If you give it a shot, do you mind replying? thanks!

Thanks for the review. Am using this for video but my concern is its too front heavy as my plate for my tripod is connected to my a7iii. Do you have any reco tripod collar for support?
