Haa bhai sahi hai. Agr intercooler nahi lagae ge proper jagah pe combustion nahi ho aur ulta power loss ho jayega.
@@nand7sh sirji apko minimum 1 lakh ka to average kharcha aa hi jayega. Turbo, uska intercooler phir connecting hoses and pipes and installation charges yeh sab laga kar aram se 1 lakh+ ka kharch ayega.

This is first bike I saw in which turbo is installed.
The torque curve is already almost flat without turbo (As, there is not much difference in power and torque). But now, it will be super flat. From 3000 rpm, I think, this bike will produce its max torque instead of 5250 rpm. This max torque will be constant from 3000-5250 rpm.
There will be much difference, if fitted in RE 350. As, there is more power and torque difference.
But, anyways, very nice job done.
apriciate your Effort on experiment but please note below points as well
1.for turbo requires pressurise oil system ,you have given simple reservoir it will not going to keep turbo healthy
2.all pipe welded are not having smooth flow Wil result into high back pressure on engine may damage valve train
3. As you are not injecting the air into intake directly you may not going to get power benefit
4. If pressurised air injected directly into manifold may result into high combustion temperature
Exactly.. He could have at least made the loop a bit more free flowing. All those sharp bends .the back pressure is probably gonna blow welds right off..

concept was amazing and practical, but the exhaust bends will kill this concept, as no matter how smooth you make a hard bent exhaust the exhaust turbulence will create a great deal of back pressure.
he will learn it from his own experience.. :D . wont listen to us XD

@@bikerbramhachari3557 yes indeed..but his approach to this project will take him alot of time to have a 100% bike and rider safe bike. He should have stripped down the bike and start from there. That's the right approach.

I think the turbo would have worked a lot better if you used the scrambler high exhaust --> would make the exhaust 2 in 1 then place the exhaust pipe near the airbox. The pipes look really out of place

Aur kaha se aur kitne ke parts hai woh bhi mention karo and if possible Sab hone ke baad ek dyno test karwao jisse pata chle power figures kitne improve hue hai. Amazing job done on the bike. Stock f.i halki fuel delivery bdha deta h jis se thoda sa power increases lagta hai ... But us se koi theorically figures m fark nhi ata bs bike ka response badh jata hai thoda sa .... Turbo k baad to fuel injector b change hota hai tab ja k mapping k bad kahi power figures change hongi
@@karanbirsingh2408 if u change the air filter and exhaust the stock tune would become lean forgot about supporting a turbo(on stock tune)..the bike wouldn't have enough sensor to calculate the extra air..
@@adityavardhan4952 turbocharger exhaust se connected hota hai... Super charger direct engine se via a belt or gear drive mounted hota hai.. effort acha hai bhai ka... Lekin engine ko turbo charge karna itna aasan kaam nahi hai🙏

Remove that stupid fan air filter and get a real k and n cone filter. That fan filter will just spoil ur engine

Really appreciate your work but do some research first because the bike will breakdown soon,looking at how the exhaust bends are made and how you fit the turbo is like killing yourself slowly..😀

Now I was successfully able to install simple turbo in my platina 110.
This turbo is turbine less and works with wind speed (vehicle speed).
It is very simple setup, no complications.
My aim was to provide extra air for better combustion and least power loss.
Now I am getting better torque at lower rpms.
3rd Gear: 4200 rpm
4th Gear: 3800 rpm
5th Gear: 3500 rpm

bhaiii tumnee bahut acha kaaam kiya hai yr mai bhi ek engineer hu ... orr mera bhi yahi dream raha hai .. lekin mai bike ke sath sath apni old mitsubishi petrol lancer car me bhi ye turbo lagana chahra hu ... to islie mujhe ye chij bhi dekhni hai ki ap log bike me turbo me oiling ka system kese lagane wale ho .. yr ... oiling to abhi kiya hi nahi hai filhal to apne .. 😊.. lekin work is good

Turbo not working properly bro, I tried lot of bike's, I'm facing overheating with turbo, after 1 month you know engine going some problems
But I think 650 cc can boost turbo properly

Without knowledge engine repair kiya..KTM rc390 ka..or fir se karwana hoga mujhe..or bike m se parts replace bhi kiye gaye h...please na jaye iski shop par..jo karol bagh m hai...
You can put the air inlet of the turbo in the front direction in order to take the air from the speed of the bike
that will probably hamper the bike's maneuverability... it will reduce the turning radius of the bike...

1.turbochargers are not efficient at low load 2. i think a 12V DC motor run blower will perform better.

Where's inter-cooler? The heat generated by forced pressure will excite air molecules too much.. It will result in uncontrollable combustion..

The bike should be dyno tuned to make more power and maximum efficiency,also there is no need of the chrome finish turbine with black covering infront of turbo it reduces air flow
listen my bro , if no filter added engine will sock fine particle atlest from air which are the hardness of a similar to dimond moch mure tuffer then your cylinder bore and it scratch like hell after 1 month , you get break down. it will not generate any efficent engine, you have popularity but its like dhinchak puja.

What about engine cooling, more turbo boost means more power more heat, stock cooling isn't sufficient , this engine will fail.
This thing will just hinder air flow to engine and only reduce the power output. So you dont require any cooling system bro

@@dipankardas1760 this thing doesn't look proper. The have just welded together the exhaust pipes. In Proper turbos the exhaust pipes are heavily engineered to ensure proper airflow.

Try n position the turbo as close as possible to the exhaust port.
Looks cool, but i doubt it's doing anything. That doesn't look like it's producing any boost pressure and the change in the exhaust manifold might actually end up hurting performance compared to stock. Just speculating.
