This will be the most comprehensive guide to turbo charging your bike -
1. You need to retard the ignition timing according to the fueling of your engine
2. You absolutely need bigger injectors to account for the additional fuel being injected for the added air volume
3. As you said it absolutely needs a oil line and while you are at it make a oil cooler with a fan as well because turbo will heat the oil astronomical values and alsoit needs a additional intercooler for the intake to cool down the air charge for maximum density of oxygen
4.For serious power gain you need lower compression forged pistons and a forged crankshaft and complete bottom end rebuild like uprated bearings and oil squirters will help keep the piston temps low
5. Along with a built bottom end rebuild you need Racing spec camshafts with higher lift on both intake and exhaust side and porting and polishing of the intake ports is highly recommended to allow the higher volume of air to flow through
6. You need a K&N bigger air filter to allow the higher volume of air to flow easily into the engine
7. Full system exhaust is a must with calculated diameter for the headers and exhaust pipe
8. The closer the turbo is to the exhaust valve the higher the power that is captured from the heat of the exhaust gases
9. Use a heat blanket on the exhaust side of the turbo to trap the heat of the exhaust gases inside the turbine housing for maximum efficiency
10. All the added power will eat throught the gearbox within 1-2 turbo spool on road so you might want to strengthen the gearbox gears as per requirement and the clutch definitely needs a few more clutch plates and stronger springs to cope with the power
11. Custom ecu is a must in any turbocharged application to fine tune the aspects
12. Along with uprated injectors the stock fuel pump will burn out in like few hours so a bigger fuel pump is also needed
13.If you tune the bike for race fuel i.e E85 you can multiply the power output upto 2 folds and it'll run way cooler as E85 inheritently cools the engine when injected into the cylinder
14. After all this a proper rolling dyno tune is necessary to make all of this work in harmony together
15. You need to use a low knock index fuel to prevent knocking and destroy your engine due to it
16. Needs better brakes and bigger rear tyre to put all that power down to the road and a longer swingarm to prevent front wheel lift(wheeling) when boost comes on
17. You need head bolts with 3-4 times the strength of the stock ones and a better head gasket if it's a open block design it's advisable to strengthen the gap between the cylinder wall and block the cavity for the coolant to flow through
18. You absolutely need a wastegate to control the boost and if you are installing a wastegate a blow off valve is not needed
19. On a completely different note if you are planning to make the turbo work with the stock internals be very conservative on the boost and only plan to extract 20-25 horsepower at max as anything more ought to blow the stock block apart and throw some rods
20. The valve guide need to be changed to higher tolerance ones and valves need to be changed to a racing spec to cope with he aditional heat produced in the cylinder
If you do this you can easily extract 100+ bhp from the bike
Some hayabusas are tuned to the extent of 800-900 bhp so horsepower isn't the limit here it all depends on how much you have strengthened the components to account for the additional stresses

@@BBTrajchallenge yes 600 cc can be turbocharged the displacement doesn't matter much, you just need to find the correct volume turbocharger suitable for a 600 CC engine but without strengthening the stock internals it's not going to work because turbocharging generates a lot of additional stresses on the engine components and NA engines are no where strong to handle a turbocharger application
Rummy bhai I strongly suggest you get a procharger instead of a turbocharger (the one used on the ninja H2 is a procharger) or a centrifugal supercharger as they are available in smaller sizes

Bhai, intake air ke liye toh intercooler lagana hi padega kyunki agar intake mein garam hawaa jaayega toh uska koi matlab nahi hoga kyunki uss mein oxygen ka density hi bahut kam hoga

oil filter ke wahan se outlet lia jaa sakta hai oil ka, filter separate karna padega lekn. Oil filter ke outlet se se oil turbo me, wahan se filter me and wapas bike me.

3 :- jaada flow wala fuel pump,
Some suggestions:
1. Use high quality performance air filter like K&N
2. Air cooler/After cooler/Intercooler lagana padega else useless kaam h
3. Radiator ko bhi mody farke zyda fins wala lagana padega
4. If availaible use API SP class oil of the same visco grade.
5. Upgrade oil filter to a high quality one.
6. Try to provide lubrication with additional pump as well and try to have Lube oil low pressure trip system.
Suggestion:
NEVER EVER EVER EVER RUN A TURBO WITHOUT LUBRICATION EVEN FOR A SINGLE SECOND!!!!! TURBO CAN GO TO 50000 RPM!!!! YES YOU READ THAT RIGHT.
I don't understand the use of K&N air filters outside tracks/occasionally power rides. It provides more air but at the cost of air quality which is not ideal for extended use. What do you think?
