Like, when I eat rice, no more than. 1/2 cup and believe me, it’s a lot. I do weights 3 times a week and I get my walking in. I’m down 51 pounds now and I started my journey in January 2024.

Loved the strength work with little bits of cardio mixed in, it’s also hard to find workout with the perfect amount of body weight and dumbbells so thank you for that!
I just found your channel. Love the warm up, preview, timer visual and audio, no talking, no nonsense. Since you include a warm up, I would love to have an included cooldown but definitely can do on my own. Thanks for these quick, efficient workouts.

This video makes a great basis for my workout. I love the music, the countdown and overall the moves work for me - I just have to modify a teensy bit. I can't wait to try more of them. Well done!
Rise and Grind! New to resistance training on my own. I always take a class in the gym. However the difficulty level just made me want to give up. By trying this at home by myself with mirrors, I could really focus on my form. Thanks, you found a new subie!
Great videos, love them, they get me sweating! I have bad knees 😢 Are you planning to continue uploading your knee friendly workouts? Also is there a mod for the tricep dips, my shoulders lock up and I can only do them by laying down and thrusting up, I know it sounds weird 😊
