He took out his laptop & said, “Is this the channel here?” Yup, he went right to your TH-cam videos. He says that he’s gonna try some of your exercises too! 😁👍🏾
I just have to say your workouts have changed my life!! At my heaviest I weighted 299lbs, I needed to change my habits or I would be diabetic and a star on my 600lbs life! I found your works outs so i started slow and have built up to 5 of your workouts a week and zumba 2 days a week. I am down to 259lbs 🙌🙌🙌 as of this morning and I’m gonna keep going! My blood sugar is down and my family is so supportive! I want to be around so I can see my daughter graduate high school, college and walk down the isle! Thank you so much for these workouts and the healthy eating tips! Keep them coming!!!

I love the color coded timer and how it beeps . I can just listen and take a quick peek at the screen without wearing my glasses while I work out. It’s a small blessing 😊
Your full body workouts are always so comprehensive. They truly work the entire body. Being a low-impact workout was the frosting on the cake. This just shows that you don't need to do high-intensity workouts to burn fat and get strong. This workout was the bomb!

Just found this workout and to be honest I found it maybe a tad on the easy side but maybe that's because I needed slightly heavier weights but I didn't want to push it as I am 19 weeks pregnant. I love how it has a good amount of rounds for the exercise I found not a lot do will have to look at more of your videos definitely a like from me. 👍

Really love your workouts!!! ❤️ As someone with severe rheumatoid arthritis I find it easy to do 🥹 except some that put pressure on knees I avoid those but over all amazing❤

This was a great workout! Anyone know approximately how many calories burned if using 5lb each weights (total 10lbs)? I was looking around to see if the calories burned were written anywhere but I guess it's subjective depending on how many lbs ur using
