    Over the last couple of weeks, I learned to love Song Workouts as WARM UPS. They are quick, brighten up my mood, make me motivated and get my heart rate up.
    This one even includes a little bit of (drama) stretching :)
    This Song Workout is also a little more "dance" inspired than Leap Of Faith or LaLaLife. But I guess this is down to Zedd not being a special guest. Whenever I have men joining, I try to be nice and make it less dancy :D

    Anyone who has started their fitness journey, I am so proud of u. U don’t know how many people would have quit after a minute in. U are determined and that is a very important skill. It is all about the journey. Don’t think about anyone else’s results except ur own. We all have our ups and downs, it is how we deal about that is how we set ourselves apart from others. U are doing great luv!

      I think we all need a good motivation. My motivation is that I was always the weakest, slowest, and unfittest of all. I was so weak that it sometimes handicapped me in my day to day life. I'm still not strong, even though I've been training for such a long time, but I'm significantly stronger and especially fitter than I used to be. I still have a long way to go though! My long term goals at the moment are learning push ups and pull ups and becoming faster (I feel like I don't have any fast-twitch muscle fibres...)
      I'd like to know your reasons and motivations too!😊

      Thank you. That's a great message. I've been doing Pamela's workouts for two months and I've learnt that motivation is very important, even in other things than sports. My goal is to keep fit during quarantine.

    Before quarantine I was going to the gym and I couldn't be more bored, I wasn't seeing any results neither. Now in quarantine I discovered Pamela workouts and I couldn't be more happy about how I've more energy, about how I can really get some fun doing an workout witch works for my body and most important to my mind and soul!     really love the song! now I can almost sing this song when I do this warm up but I prefer to do it as a cool down because it contains some stretching and the music is quite relaxing. really like these movements

    I love these types of workouts. I use them when I get out of bed in the morning to wake up the body but don't have time for anything longer than the length of a song. Please keep it up 🙂

    One of my favourites. I do the 45 minute sweaty and hard everyday but when life gets hard and I feel stuck and don’t know where to turn I do this warm up and all feels good again 😊
