When my kids were little and my husband traveled a lot, I'd try to make dinner interesting for the kids by having a "dumpling night." Pierogi, steamed dumplings, fried dumplings, ravioli, etc. Nearly every culture has a dumpling. My kids loved it, and it introduced them to foods from around the world in a form that was easy for them to eat.
the pork chop guy looked amazing, and loved all the different food trucks. The polish lady and the food looked amazing, looked so different but tasty, not dunked in oil like every other dishes (minus pork chop guy).
I used to buy the packages of chicken backs for about fifty cents each an cook them over the fire on a stick an of course go into fastfood places for salt an whatever i could get away with pocketing like ketchup ect... for a veggy
Hey Sonny, as a master butcher with a shop of my own in Scotland, the difference of a Pork chop & a pork steak over here is a chop is on the bone whereas a steak is boneless! Great vid as usual!👍👏👏👏♥️🏴🇺🇸
As a Minnesotan, I love seeing these food trucks get some recognition. The food truck festivals are always a good time. Also, Amish Annie’s is usually my last stop too, except you can feel the diabetes creeping up on you when eating it.
These cabbage rolls are very common dish in Balkans and it's called sarma. However, we don't make them in tomato sauce, we rather cook them in their own juice together with sauerkraut. Also, some people prefer to make meat 50:50 mix of pork and beef. We serve it alongside cooked or mashed potatoes. My favourite winter food!
Ngl that pork chop food truck is a horrible concept and execution. There’s a reason no one does charcoal grilles in trucks and even with the grille bro is slanging medium rare pork.
my bad dude. I've been watching your vids for the last year or so and only just realized i wasn't subbed. I was part of the dirt +60% of you lot that are not subbed and enjoying this blokes content. Love your stuff mate, keep it up!
Cooking pork anything over 145 kinda sucks. I never knew how good pork was until I started cooking it correctly. I'm not trying to be an ass either, it's USDA standard now. They were wrong before.
Sonny, if you've never had Polish food, please do go to Poland and do a full series of their traditional foods. My mother is Polish, and I LOVE Polish food.
@@gryffwitch37Must be your first time watching his videos? He is obviously not serious and that is why he said that. Just to trigger people like you 😂.

If the craft is there then the price is irrelevant. I own two wood fired pizza trailers and the average price of a 12 inch pizza is 18.00. Yeah you can go to little caesars and get some crap for half price. Life is to short to eat shitty pizza and food.
First of all, HOW did you see that !?!? Lol. It's not actually a bug, it's a piece of brisket stuck to the cheese and it's being stretched along with the cheese.
Much love Sonny!!! One of the best of all videos. Likes before seeing the vids 💪🏼 if I see u in person, I’m comfortable eating with you. Cheers Sonny 😊
Polish food is so underrated. Simple yet incredibly tasty. We have Little Poland here in New Britain , Ct and it is awesome. A great neighborhood with polish restaurants , bakeries , etc. If you have never tried it please do.
It was a little piece of food stuck to the cheese as it stretched out...I seen it too and had to watch it several times... I slowed the video down to .25 playback and noticed it wasn't a bug...
I absolutely love stuffed cabbage rolls. Its such a universal dish and every country has its own version of it. In South Africa we call it "Ouma/Oumense onder die kombers"which translates to 'Grandmother under the blanket' 😂❤
That Polish lady was super sweet and passionate about Polish food. You can tell she really loves what she does for a living.
You mean Russian food
@@vertigovain All of Renata's food was 100% from Poland. Pleas do not consider polish food as Russian.

I have not seen a cabbage roll since my childhood. Nice to see them and pierogies. ❤
I always found it funny when people butcher pierogi. Its not pierogies. Its pierogi. One pierog. 2 and more pierogi :) without S

Some pink in pork is ok, but some of those looked pretty red still
