"Lasagna in a bread"???... This is a STUPID recipe, stolen from Eastern European countries, but the original one is "SOUP INTO THE BREAD"!!!...Not "lasagna in the bread"!!!...
@@dalexdalexthey stole our lasagna and your soup in bread and combined the worst possible way. Lasagna filling inside of bread? Very good. A condensed meat soup with the pasta? Perfect. BUT NO THEY HAD TO DO PASTA WITH BREAD
That's how I felt when I saw the 11 dollar white bread pizza thing...Like just make that at home for such a lower price with ease. Only hard thing to make out of that meal would be the parm wontons that were under it..... Talk about rip off prices there. Same with their Mac and cheese thing...except that made slightly more sense...Barely.
25$ for a slice of lasagna and 6$ for a pizza cone 😳. i know this is Las Vegas but with that price i would rather go to a restaurant instead of a food truck 😑
I had minoxidil for less than 2 years, it does helped my upper part however some of my eyelashes hair grows in weird shapes that always ended up into my eyes also nose, ear hair grows much faster and denser 🫠
When I think of food trucks, I think of affordable prices. I think of like a $5 option and a $10 option and maybe a high-end $15 option. But what I don't think of is a $31 breadcone with a chunk of lasagna dumped in it. If I'm dropping 31 bucks, I'm going to the lobster truck that I saw in the video. But yeah some of the earlier food trucks in the video we're what I envision or what I expect from a food truck.
Welcome To Vegas.jpg, but yeah I agree, only the first truck had what I would call reasonable prices, and somewhat the 2nd truck because it was basically serving a slow cooked luxury food (birria & marrow)
Same! When the cheese-toast costed $11 I was thinking that Sonny has forgot what cheap is. I could never afford paying $11 for a toast without having to cut down everything else for the rest of the month. #poor
Those lumpia Mac n cheese wonton wrapped I am stealing the idea and making it for my family and friends. Don't know about kimchi sauce but I think blending kimchi into a sauce would be close enough. The idea is simple but a genuis combination and the price is really too cheap and would have expected it to be more expensive
With the portion size at a restaurant I’d be willing to pay $30 to eat it. Out of a food truck, maybe $20 cuz it’s basically two-three portions of lasagna plus bread
I have to wonder how much 'extra' Sonny gets in his food truck orders, because any time I ordered from a food truck, I thought "wow, that's all I get for the money?" His portions more often than not look huge.
depends on the truck you go to, i'm sure some less than reputable sorts would be willing to give an extra something something for the camera though, sonny none the wiser
You gotta love a place with a punny name like Stripchezze Food Truck that also really leans into it with each dish name too! That pepperoni grilled cheese sammie was so indulgent and absurd in the best way 😋😋
it depends on the quality of the Lasagna, the issue ofc is there's no telling exactly what went into it since it was already pre-made in the warmer. Even then, doubling up on carbs, their margins must be extremely low and not at all worth that cost.
A slice of Lasagna on its own is $25 that seems insane compared to the others which for Vegas are not too bad. The Lasagna also looks trash its not crispy on the edges or the top. One thing all of these have in common is insane amount of calories.
$32+ dollars for a slice of lasagna in a pizza cone is just greedy price gouging. You can go to a 3-star Michelin Italian restaurant and pay that for lasagna and garlic bread.
The dogs wearing shoes thing confused me when I moved to LV, but it's a lot of concrete and rocks out here, so the ground can get very hot or very cold; hence the dog shoes.
You have an amazing show, but what that woman did to that brisket is criminal. Overcooked, and cut it with the grain? Holy crap. Press F for that poor brisket.
making cheese skirts is fun and not too difficult it works best w/ cheese you shredded yourself (quality and snobbery concerns aside the powder used to keep pre-shred seperate can interfere with the frying reaction). Keep in mind that they set *fast* so unless your planned shape is 'flat disk' like for Tostada (which is a really great idea) you're gonna want to have all your stuff set up and ready and then make the shells one at a time in a skillet or on a griddle if you have one. PS: If you AREN'T going to use them as wrap (tostada) then you can make them on a sheet pan in the oven!
We call them crusts in Mexico because well, they look like skin crust 😅. Can use many different type of cheeses for them. For Birria I would use a smokier one than Mozzarella though!
