Italian from Italy here and couple of things:
    - One classic Margherita pizza is around 7/8€ in the north and 4/5€ in the south...if you see a price higher than that for a normal Margherita you know that everithing will be overpriced (usually in touristic spots).
    - The guide talked about the origins of it in a very generic way and told only the recipe for the base so, not that informative in my opinion.
    - Trancio is a type of pizza but not a classic one so you can put whatever the hell you want on it 😂
    - The truffle pizza is another type of pizza called Pizza Gourmet and its a completely different dish that is called like that just cause it resemble a pizza, still really good but yeah, not a "real" pizza.

Rome has his own "pizza culture" with "pizza al taglio" and a "skinnier pizza" (in Italian, cause i don't know how to describe it: la pizza Romana è più sottile e bassa) and i like Roman style, but Naples is simply the home of Pizza and you have to go there because you will be surprised by the Naples pizza !!
