I live fairly close to Four Brothers and honestly I was pretty disappointed by their food. The sandwiches were pretty dry, and both the meats and sauces were almost flavorless. I did like the bread, but the insides were pretty meh. Idk maybe they were just off that day...

He's so happy to show Sonny the Venezuelean Cuisine. My Wife showed me all those good dishes, sadly Sonny didnt pick the Tequenos. For me the ones mix with Queso y Guayaba are the best. And no Sonny, this wasnt Texas size, theyre filled with so many good ingredients same as you got it, just a pure explosion of flavor. You need to go there and visit Venezuela, People are very friendly..

Austin is great. Hot as f*ck in summer (but so is the rest of Texas). I’ve been to most of the big cities in Texas, but am from the PNW (I travel for work). Austin is my favorite place in Texas. It has a lot of great things to offer. As with any big city, it is more expensive than the median of the rest of the state. As others have mentioned, it’s far more progressive as well (typical of more urban areas with many people vs rural communities). I much prefer my home in the northwest of the US, but if I had to live in Texas, I’d live in Austin.
One thing I don't like about Austin is that toll bill I get once a month. Freaking toll roads everywhere. I still haven't figured out how to get downtown without driving on a toll road. And if you have a Trump bumper sticker on your vehicle, it will get keyed..😅

The homeless and traffic complaints are how I know that people have had it too good here for so long. It's really below average. For me, the ultimate cheese steak has shredded prime rib, bell pepper (orange) onions, mushrooms, a fine mix of provolone and mozzarella, and mayo mixed with ketchup. Garlic toasted bread. Better than anything I've ever had from a truck.

If I could give a recommendation as someone who has live in or near Austin for there whole life I would try Chi'Lantro. It's a fusion of Korean BBQ and burritos and it's absolutely amazing!
When you start adding other things like bacon and jalapeño it’s no longer a grilled cheese plus it was pretty big but yeah I’d say 7$ would of been more reasonable
These prices are crazy. I would of definitely expected most of these to be at least 50% more than their price. I’m from Cincinnati and the foods trucks are extremely over priced for the most part. The last time I got smoked rib tips they were 12 or 13 dollars and didn’t look anything like those suckers!

That's because a $125 tomahawk and bone marrow is easier to sell in Austin. Pockets are generally deeper there. That said, as Oklahoma BBQ businesses go my #1 is the butcher BBQ in Wellston.
I've worked with a Puerto Rican, who has been living in the mainland for over 40 years. Ruben speaks better English than she does, and is much much easier to understand. It is incredible!
