Thank you for saying “we” instead of “you”. I get really triggered when I hear this sort of information and only hear you do this , YOU do that over and over. As if the person saying it has never experienced it as well.

I've been listening to your shows at work. I'm here now, and listening to this one gave me a flashback of something I did to my son. I'm upset and frozen from my shame, and I know I have to keep going and heal.

Pain is real, scars are there because suffering exists, hurt people hurt people and it’s not fair. Healing is difficult and may take a lifetime. Hold people accountable for crimes against humanity especially a child, especially when hurting your own children. It is a violence and onslaught and not enough is done is society, when we fail a child, the whole community, the system fails.

All of this resonates and with watching your videos tonight I have started my healing process. Definite fear from my childhood trauma I have carried over to my relationships. I feel so relieved to finally understand why I have had the relationships I have had and that I am able to take responsibility for the hurt I have caused my children and friends. I was unaware and now I have become aware through you sharing this valuable information. Thank you so much Kenny 🙏🏼

I have come to the same conclusion that medication has kept me blocked for 20 years so that I could ignore my trauma. I have been wavering back-and-forth, whether or not to go back on them, and each time I have talked myself out of it. I would not be able to feel these feelings if I mute them. Your words (explanations/definitions) where affirming and I thank you. I now have a different perspective and I know it makes more and more sense. Makes me think of that old adage …hang on, Sloopy, hang on.

I don't know what diagnosis you had. I am taking them 10 years and feel the same. Blocked. I hope you did manage to get off them.

Hi, I'm a multiple, repeated traumatized adult child. Recovering since I was 3! And I am recovering...Thank you for all your experience and wisdom. It's exactly what I need to take my next step in healing, creating the life my heart desires.
Revisiting, going deeper into the trauma memory of myself this time gives me a few truths about myself. 1. That I've come a long way in my healing process, and I'm a Wonder Woman!
    2. A clear and present and unconditional acceptance of who I have become as a result of difficult, unconscious, yet innocent parenting, 3. I'm softening towards my self and my mother. Knowing, it it's over. I get to take life with a softness, mom, didn't believe existed. however, I do. I feel more deserving of love right now than I have in a life time. Only good will come.

So you’re saying that since humans have been alive, our species is getting better? I find this hard to believe. I think things used to be better and we’ve created these trauma.
