    *By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

    Have been doing it for four weeks. Three time a week.
    Lost 19 pounds right into the gut. I am 1m74cm and weighed 78 kilos now am down to 73 kilos.

      @@bradnolan881 I used a mixed set.
      Used five kilos for the lateral lunges and used fifteeen kilos for the squats and reverse lunges. For the Romanian and swings I used twenty kilograms.
      I had a reasonable endurance and strenght because I did train with dumbells and machines at the gym before as well as running on the street, 8Km three times a week at a 5 minutes 30 seconds per kilometer.
      But I had platteuad, so Kettlebells moved the needle for me.

    I started this with a 5kg kettlebell back in December and thought “I’m stupidly weak this is so hard!” But now I’m doing it with a 15kg kettlebell so it definitely works!!!

      @@chloemayne6865 thanks for responding. I've done this workout randomly for at least a year and always found it annoyingly difficult. Recently (because of your comment) i decided i will make it my leg day routine 2 days a week, and the second day of the week... The improvement was indeed noticeable. 👍🏾💪🏾

      why does he hit his penis every rep with that thrusting squat..there must be a better way to do that

      @@maximusp210 He is doing the kettlebell swing- a hip thrusting motion. Your arms are only there to hold the kettlebell- similar to doing a deadlift. As he says in round 4, "imagine squeezing a nut between your ass checks" and then thrust your hips forward- the kettlebell moves with your hips thrusting- do not lift with your arms.

    Great workout. Used a heavier bell than I'm used to because it was mainly lower body, and it really knocked me out by the last set. There are very few people on TH-cam who do worthy Kettlebell workouts. This was worthy.

    Hey Joe. I love your work outs. I finished the 90 day plan last May and have maintained my weight loss by doing your workouts daily. The only time I move from your channel to someone else’s is when I want to focus on ,let’s call them “woman’s problem areas” aka “love handles, saddle bags, and bra bulge”. If you could put up a video focusing on these areas I’d never have to leave ya. Although you might need a better name for this work out! Thanks a million. Keep up the great work. You’re an inspiration!

    Ahh needed this, esp in this social distancing time! Was starting to get really lethargic. 25 mins is perfect. Use it to start my day and dont feel *quite* as bad lounging on sofa for rest of the day.😅
    Can we get something similar targeting upper body?

    Love this work out, I've done it 3 or 4 times now and it kills me every time! I always follow it up with a 10 minute stomach workout video. Would be great if you could create an all in one video: kettlebell + an abs session

    Man im exhausted. I'm so thankful you put this video out there for people to follow along with. This morning I weighted 326 lbs, 148.5kg, I had to take a little bit longer than the 20 seconds between each circuit, it probably wasnt the prettiest sets with the best form, my back, quads and hams are on fire but damn it feels good to work up a sweat. I really apprecite the way this video is done with the timer on the screen. Thanks again from Phoenix, Arizona.

    Thanks Body Coach for keeping us going while the world is in quarantine. I'm a runner who loved doing HIIT classes at gym but this has been put on hold for the moment. I just had 25 minutes to spare so tried the Kettlebell workout. Really enjoyed it, will try the others. I can still run but good to mix it up with some variety. Thanks!!!

    My FIRST kettlebell workout EVER! I’m 42, 6’4” and reasonably fit with some prior gym experience. I started with a 16 and felt pretty comfortable and controlled doing these moves. Challenging but not injury inducing.
    I’d like a little more focus on technique, do this, make sure you’re not doing that. I had to do some research on how to hold the kettlebells etc before jumping in. Just a few moments dedicated to explaining the grips would be awesome.
    Would also love to see an upper body workout for beginners.
    Very curious to see how I’m gonna feel tomorrow! 😅
    Thank you for this! I previewed a lot of videos and your format and delivery appealed to me the most.

    Ok so I’ve really done nothing since lockdown but I have a 10kg kettlebell and done this workout just there and I feel bloody amazing now!! As each round was completed I was able to get more depth in the squats/lunges especially the side lunges at the end!! Will be doing these and following ur workouts daily from now on!!     I done this workout whilst fasting (Ramadan) and it was a great one to do because it made me work hard and sweat too but it didn’t make me thirsty. Thanks so much Joe

    My favourite kettle bell exercises! This is the only strength workout amongst others that has me working in vo2 max zone. My heartrate is as high as when I doing an HIIT workout. It is THAT effective. Previously I only used to do HIIT or cardio but strength workouts have really improved my endurance and definitely helped me on my weight loss journey. Thank you JOE! THIS IS THE YEAR THAT CHANGED ME. Thanks to you and your team!

    Very good workout! Its been awhile since I have done hiit training and struggled to get through it! If yall find yourselves unable to finish the exercise don't just stop and wait for the next one, put your weight down and finish by just using your bodyweight! Another thing I did was added 20 pushups to the end of each round

    I consider myself reasonably fit for my age and found this relatively easy to follow and not too demanding. However I could hardly walk the next day !!.
    Thanks for the relaxed teaching style and I’m so happy to have found a workout routine that doesn’t come with headache inducing background “music”

    Loved this work out! Used dumbbells instead of a kettlebell, but it was still great for doing in my flat. Would love some longer (45 min), using mixture of weights / bodyweight workouts. I really enjoy you setting the time and doing the workout with us, keeps me accountable! Thanks!

    Love this workout. Done it dozens of times and have recently invested in heavier kettlebells to get the most from it. Would like to see a longer kettlebell workout (35 - 40 minutes), maybe with some upper body moves as well.     I am broken. I think I'm relatively fit and am about to start the BodyCoach Grad programme once I submit cycle 3 results but this took me to a whole different world of pain. Absolutely brilliant. Add a 10 minute plus finisher and you are done for the day in more ways than one.

    This was my first kettlebell workout, and I've got to say - ouch! (in the best way possible)
    I'm typically a runner in the warmer months, with stationary bike to off-set that, through the winter months I need to find a way to stay as active as possible, even when my engagement has dropped.
    This workout was great, and it didn't take long to find areas for my own improvement - a challenge I look forward to continuing!

    COACH!!! Love this, just love it.. done million burpees, million high knees, etc.. but kettlebell is an untapped resource I think.. more should do it.. how about 25-30 minute blend of HIIT exercises combined with some of these kettlebell movements.. I'd put that in my weekly rotation... Thank you, loving the videos, keeps me coming back...
