    40 sec work, 20 sec rest
    0:40 Running on the spot
    1:40 Squat to press
    2:40 Row into knee (plank pos)
    3:40 Lunge to curl
    4:40 Burpees
    5:40 Front squat
    6:40 Plank
    7:40 Rope climbing on the spot
    8:40 Step-up and down
    9:40 Kneeling Shoulder press
    3 rounds. No break b/w rounds, 20 sec rest throughout.

      Does 7 kg dumbell mean each dumbell is 7 kg or that both weigh 7 kg combined ???

    I've been doing this for the past 2.5 months twice a week,I couldn't do the entire 30min workout, I'd always stop at 20 :/ today finally for the first time I completed the whole exercise and I feel amazing! 😊

    Did the 90 day workout starting last Oct. Keep repeating 2 & 3 . Started taking week break until picking next program after completing Graduate course. Dropped kilos and jean sizes. My doc is impressed with my fitness, heart rate , blood pressure etc. Take no medication. 75 birthday this August. Joe Wicks you are the real deal.

    Been doing this session now since May, two days on one day off. I’ve to date lost 1st2o and built a load of muscle, and my belly is rapidly decreasing! No real diet changes.
    Obviously when I started I couldn’t finish anything, but gradually you get stronger, I’ve increased my bells to 8.5kg each too now, can finish 3 sets now with energy left so I finish with Death by burpees until fail :-)

    This is my favourite workout (ever). Reckon I've done it ~50 times and keep coming back. It's a great blend of cardio and weights with a plank for the core. I just choose a weight such that I can keep up with Joe.

    This is the only Joe workout I ever do and have done for 6 months. It does it all. Never get fed up. Thanks Joe, especially love the throwing away of the paper at the end.

    Thanks so much, I've been struggling with motivation after losing my fitness and strength due to a hospital stay over Christmas, then gyms closing when I was discharged!! This was perfect to get me back into it, I only have 1 kettlebell but still managed to get a good sweat on and a good burn in my muscles so I'm made up!!! :D

    I'm petite 105 lbs, and used 6 lbs dumbells. This felt wonderful - did the 30 min and like the variety. Nice coaching to keep us moving and drinking. Thank you. Appreciate your heavy breathing so I didn't feel alone. Happy to have this option from Smokey California - we cannot go outdoors!

    Bosh, Joe! I don't think there's any other coach or influencer who deserves the credit as much as you do. Not only this workout pushes any beginner to his/her natural (but still manageable) limits, but the way you do it makes it hugely relatable and surprisingly fun!

    Another savage workout, chuffed to bits for completing it, I've never enjoyed Hiit or conditioning but I've had to do it in lock down and I'm 100% feeling the benefits

    Been doing this about twice a week with 30lbs weights. I pause it a few times during it to rest. I add in a chest workout and another workout in after before going back to this but for time spent working out I'm in the best shape of my life at 38. Or at least I look like it. Such an efficient workout, thanks.

    I chose 7.5kg dumbbells as I'm quite a cocky guy and I thought I could match him. But I really didn't yet understand the difficulty of this workout. After pure pain, I had thought it was over. As he uttered that this was only round 1 and that there was another 2, I fell to the ground. Checking my phone, I realised that only 10mins had passed in this 30min workout. 10mins. I laid down and slowly scrolled through the comments reading them 1 by 1. What felt like 30mins to me was only a 1/3 of it. After 3mins of heavy breathing, I made my decision to continue. I swore that I would finish. I guess reading those comments really did inspire me. Thoughts of dropping the weights to 5 floated through my mind. But that felt like cheating. I had chose 7.5 so I should stick to them. I continued the workout as I thought about the comments, the other people who struggled through this workout. I went through the 3rd round thinking of how I would write this comment once I finished. I am currently writing this after I have successfully completed the workout. I realised that once I put my mind to it, anything was possible. I had done it. After nearly quiting the 1st round, I somehow finished. I am now laying down in my puddle of sweat and am hoping to who ever reads this, I am hoping to inspire u as the other comments inspired me. Realise that it's only a mind game and once u truly put ur mind on it, nothing is gonna stop u from completing this workout. I didn't anticipate this comment to be so long but I guess I've got alot on my mind. And if u failed, it's not cus ur not strong enough but that ur not in the right mindset. If u truly cant lift the dumbbell, lower the weight or have a 2min rest but just dont give up. I will tell u that it is worth it. Once u finish, that feeling that runs through ur body is truly amazing and it is so worth the struggle and pain u endure to get there. Ty for reading this. I am proud of u.

    I love this workout. I've been doing this once a week for a while now and made great progression, first needed a break between rounds but gradually got better now I can do it all non-stop and today managed an extra burpee in each of the rounds I've gone from 7 to 8 to 9. I'm well chuffed - thanks Joe!

    Good workout. More 30 min sessions with KB or dumbells would be great to have right now! Thanks for the great work you are doing, esp for/with the kids.

    Just tried this one for the first time. I've been doing a different Wicks workout each day since lockdown (I started with the p.e lessons!). I've never done anything with weights before and only had 3kg but this was tough. Especially the knee > standing position. Really enjoyed this though and feel great now. And I love that you filmed this on your wedding day :joy:
