    *By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

      @@sophiesunicornssquad2549 it's just a heavy weight with a handle on top. You can get them in various weights. They are great for all types of exercises

    Joe wicks you are changing my life for the better.... when lockdown started l was so down and l lost my job.... Then l clicked on Joe's videos and started following his workouts....     Love it Joe. Would love 5 different 14 minute circuits, so I have one for each workday? This was brilliant for working from home. Just put the office chair away when I had a spare 20 mins (including warm-up) and I was on my way, then back to work feeling energised! More more more!!

    Love these short workouts - they are perfect for me. I don't LOVE exercising so these are something I can stay motivated to do knowing that with warm up and cool down it's 30 minutes and done.

    Ive had a kettlebell in my garage for years. It was great to finally dust it off and do this workout. I enjoyed it and was able to fit it in at lunch break.

    These kettlebell workouts are amazing, been roaring through 5 or 5 including the kettlebell master class. Gone from 12kg to 20kg during lockdown, feel fitter, clothes fit better. Please please please put out more of these.

    Really enjoyed this. I don't have kettle bells so I used a single dumbell instead and it worked just as well. More of these workouts please Joe.👍🏻

    Just finished a 21min HIIT workout and wanted to add a little weight component so specifically scrolled for a shorter, 15min-ish workout as an add on, I appreciated it was shorter, and can always repeat if needed. Thanks for your great vibes!! California appreciates you!!!💓🏖

    I'm loving the kettlebell workouts. I've got a 12kg at home and getting a sweat on everytime. I've been mixing it up with the other single kettlebell workouts you've done. Then throwing in an ab blaster to finish (bit like topping a pasta dish with parmesan 😜). Keep up the great work and energy sir.

    I’d love to see more kettlebell workouts as apart from some resistance bands, it’s pretty much the only piece of equipment I have at home for smashing lockdown workouts. Loved this one this morning. Thanks Joe!

    Yes! Yes! Yes! 10, 15, 20, & 30 minute range! Love how you tell how much weight you are using-extremely helpful! Can you share what brand of kettlebell you are using? I have very small hands and it’s often difficult to adjust weight or do certain movements when the handle grows larger.

    Wow! I’ve done a lot of your HIIT workouts and have recently started running too (after being a bit of a sedentary lazy ****. This workout absolutely smashed me; pouring! I’d love to see more kettelbell workouts. I’ve got a 16kg and a 20kg so bring it on!
