I've been struggling lots through peri menopause. Zero physical activity for last few months. So many sugar cravings. Just come on here in the last week and getring me motivated. Thanks Joe, more needed. Love the Davina chat too. Keep it up.

This is great! Thank you so much Joe. Could you also recommend exercises for hip strength please? I have had to take thyroid hormones for over 20 years and as a consequence have extremely low hip bone density. I have been prescribed medication but would like to find appropriate exercises to help.
