      That’s amazing to hear! Garlic’s ability to support respiratory health is truly remarkable, thanks to its anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. Crushing the cloves activates the allicin, which enhances its health benefits, so you're definitely maximizing its potential. Keep up the great work, and thank you for sharing your experience-it’s inspiring to hear how garlic is making such a positive difference for you! 😊🧄💪

      @@shawnc318 Great question! Garlic capsules can still offer many health benefits, but eating fresh garlic cloves provides the full spectrum of its bioactive compounds, especially allicin, which forms when fresh garlic is crushed or chopped. Capsules are a convenient alternative, especially if you're looking to avoid the strong taste, but fresh garlic may give you more potent effects. Both can be beneficial, so it’s really about what works best for you!

    Hi,i took antifungal drug in 2021,it made my body have this smell like the drug,i noticed the smell coming through pores of my skin, after years long i am not noticing anything come out through my pores, but people can smell something,i don't smell anything, people rub their noses and sneeze when they are in my presence,it really affects someone's social life, what can i do?

    • @AlinartHealth
      @AlinartHealth  9 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      I'm sorry to hear about the challenges you're facing. It's possible that the antifungal medication you took in 2021 caused a change in your body odor, which can sometimes occur as a side effect. While you may not notice the smell yourself, others might still perceive it, affecting your social interactions.
      Here are some steps you can consider:
      It's important to discuss your concerns with a doctor or dermatologist. They can assess your situation, rule out any underlying conditions, and provide personalized advice.
      Regular bathing with antibacterial soap can help reduce body odor by removing bacteria from the skin. Pay special attention to areas prone to sweating.
      Certain foods can contribute to body odor. Spicy foods, onions, garlic, and caffeine are known culprits. Consider keeping a food diary to identify any correlations between your diet and body odor.
      Applying these products can help control sweating and mask odors. Look for clinical-strength options if over-the-counter products aren't effective.
      Clothing made from natural fibers like cotton allows your skin to breathe and can help reduce sweating and odor.
      Drinking plenty of water helps flush toxins from your body, which can reduce body odor.
      A healthy gut microbiome can influence body odor. Probiotics may help balance your internal bacteria.
      Dealing with body odor can be challenging. Consider joining support groups or forums where you can share experiences and coping strategies.
      Remember, you're not alone in this, and there are steps you can take to address the issue.
      Consulting with a healthcare professional is a crucial first step toward finding a solution.

      Eating raw garlic like an apple is definitely a bold move! 😂 Raw garlic can be pretty intense because of its strong taste and allicin content. A better approach might be to chop or crush it and let it sit for a few minutes before mixing it into a dish or swallowing it with water like a pill. This way, you’ll still get the health benefits without the fiery experience. Thanks for sharing your garlic adventure-it gave us a good laugh! 😄🧄

      Garlic does have natural anti-coagulant properties (blood thinning) and is seen as a natural heart-health booster-which is definite, however this blood thinning quality may interact badly with certain conditions or medications that also thin the blood. But if you are having problems or taking medications, make sure to speak with your doctor on how it works well for you. Take care and thank you for checking the video out!

      @AlinartHealth  หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Shaiksameer_7861 Eating 2 cloves of garlic daily at your age is generally safe and can offer many health benefits, like boosting your immune system and supporting heart health. While garlic has mild blood-thinning properties, it usually doesn't cause problems unless consumed in very large amounts or if you're on blood-thinning medication. If you have concerns, especially about blood thinning, it’s a good idea to check with a healthcare professional to make sure you're on the right track. Keep listening to your body, and thanks for watching!

    For a person having high blood pressure how much garlic is ok ?

    • @AlinartHealth
      @AlinartHealth  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      For managing high blood pressure, studies suggest that consuming around 1-2 cloves of fresh garlic per day or the equivalent in garlic supplements (600-1,200 mg of aged garlic extract) may help lower blood pressure. However, the exact amount can vary depending on your individual health needs, so it’s always a good idea to consult with your healthcare provider to determine the right dosage for you. Garlic can be a great natural addition to your routine, but balance is key! Thanks for watching!

      That's a great way to consume garlic! Combining it with olive oil can enhance its absorption and bioavailability. As for finding a quality olive oil, there are many reputable brands available, including those from Greece, Spain, and other regions. Look for brands that prioritize extra virgin olive oil and have quality certifications.
