      @@starz9527 I'm sorry to hear about the swelling and redness you're experiencing around your ankle and heel. These symptoms can result from various factors, including conditions like retrocalcaneal bursitis, which is the inflammation of the bursa located at the back of the heel bone. This condition often arises from repetitive activities such as excessive walking, running, or jumping, leading to irritation and inflammation in that area.
      Regarding your concern about insulin resistance, it's important to note that while insulin resistance can lead to fluid retention and swelling in the lower extremities, it typically doesn't cause localized redness and swelling specifically at the back of the heel. However, systemic conditions like diabetes can contribute to peripheral edema, which is generalized swelling in the feet and ankles.
      Given the localized nature of your symptoms, it's advisable to consult a healthcare professional for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment plan. They can assess your condition comprehensively and determine whether the swelling and redness are due to a localized issue like bursitis or related to systemic factors such as insulin resistance.

      Post nasal drip can be really frustrating, but there are some natural remedies that might help! Key limes are rich in vitamin C and can help break down mucus, making it easier to clear the respiratory tract. You can try adding key lime juice to water or tea. Ginger is also great for reducing inflammation and thinning mucus, which can help soothe the throat and reduce post-nasal drip. Drinking ginger tea regularly may provide relief. Be sure to stay hydrated as well, as it helps thin the mucus and ease symptoms. If it persists, it’s always good to consult a doctor. Feel better soon! ❤

    • @AlinartHealth
      @AlinartHealth  8 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      While fresh soursop may be challenging to find in Australia, there are several alternatives and options available:
      Websites like Soursop Australia offer a range of soursop products, including leaves and tea bags, which can be delivered across Australia.
      If you're interested in cultivating soursop, nurseries such as Daleys Fruit provide soursop trees suitable for Australian climates.
      For similar flavors and nutritional benefits, consider cherimoya, also known as custard apple. It's more readily available in Australia and shares a comparable taste profile with soursop.
      Exploring these options can help you enjoy the benefits of soursop or its alternatives within Australia.

      • Avoid irritants: Identify and avoid triggers such as allergens, pollutants, and strong odors.
      • Consider allergy medication: Over-the-counter or prescription allergy medications can help reduce symptoms.
      • Practice good hygiene: Wash your hands frequently to prevent infection.

    Spondylosis problems with your hearways because of never of your spine

    • @AlinartHealth
      @AlinartHealth  8 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Cervical spondylosis, a degenerative condition affecting the neck's vertebrae and discs, can lead to complications impacting the airway. Degenerative changes may cause bone spurs or disc herniations that compress the spinal cord or nerve roots, potentially affecting respiratory function. In severe cases, this compression can lead to difficulties in swallowing (dysphagia) or breathing issues.
      It's crucial to consult a healthcare professional if you're experiencing such symptoms. They can assess the extent of the condition and recommend appropriate treatments, which may include physical therapy, medications, or, in some cases, surgical interventions to alleviate pressure on the spinal cord or nerves.
