Thank you for the comment, apologies for the late response, a E1 error is PC board related, you have to take it have it repaired at your nearest reseller or get a installer to take it in for repair
Hello, I just adjusted my door because the gap was alittle to big on the floor... But now I get the P error when trying to open with the remote button... I then tried to reprogram the remote, I go to r and then b, when I press on my remote it give a number 2 and not number 1 which ma leans successful, can you let me know why that is please?
Thank you for the comment, you can only adjust the door by doing the completed limit setup, it will flash P until you complete the limit set and the remotes will also only work once the motor confirms limit setup completed
Hi Sir I have error P.Aftet resetting or programming instead of going to exit at the end it goes back to P and does not longer accepts remote after wards.I don't know what to do now
Thank you for the comment, after it does the limit setup it will go back to flashing P, then you press exit 2x. It will then go to standby mode and that is when you test it with the remote. Where are you getting stuck?
Thank you for the comment Jacob, please take it to the nearest re-seller to have it sent to NICE SA for repair, it's a PCB issue that has to be fixed, or purchase a new board

After I set the limits, Im getting a flashing 2 and 3?
Thank you for the comment, flashing 2 and 3 is not something I have come across, u certain that's what it's doing, it's not a E and a number maybe?
@nicksandtricks1849 Apologies it displays E2 when trying to sent the limit.
I believe E2 is an obstruction during the setup process, clear the obstruction to continue... Have a look at the door for physical issues
