@@oldboneybird375 thank you for the comment, it sounds like there is a physical door issue, you can increase the force on the motor to get past the issue, is it related to the weather? Do you have a wooden door?

@@nicksandtrickssa that was my thoughts, yes it’s a wooden door and it only started happening now in winter time..

@@oldboneybird375 change the force settings for now and change it back once the door has settled again, I have a video on settings force as well, have a look

Thank you for the comment, on a ET 500 with no beeping is difficult as the board uses beep codes to communicate, take a jumper and put it in place of the green wire (door release) and see if the board beeps

@@nicksandtrickssa you are a life saver, thanks man, I placed the jumper on it beeps and the gate is working again, does this mean my door release is faulty? I left the jumper on in the mean time

@@TheLadiesmanG what you can do is bend the pins, maybe the connector not making good contact, having the jumper there is a problem if you ever work on the gate as it will be on all the time even with the door open

It will unfortunately remove all, getting a new remote might also not be an option as some of the new NICE remotes do not work with the DC blue digital motors

Thank you for the comment, you have to reset the receiver and start over, Remove all power. Short middle and BT receiver pins and place a wire short between terminal 3 and 4 (C + BT ) of connector block(or press and hold test button “D”) Re-apply power. Buzzer will begin 1 second beeps. When buzzer emits 1 continuous tone remove shorts and power. Re-apply mains power first then battery power.

Thank you for the comment, does the closed limit light turn on when reaching the end, normally it does that beeping when it cannot find the magnet at the end of a run... Turn the motor to manual, then close all the way... Look for the brown and white wires and see if the LC led is lit, then open all the way and check for the LO led

In the closed position, put the 4 dip switch to on, put the Progj jumper on, press set button 1x, the gate will pause but then open and close, it will buzz when complete, remove Progj, turn dip switch 4 to off. The crawl distance will be less ne, you cannot turn it off

It does crawl at the end of opening and closing. I'm glad you like the videos, please share and sub to the Chanel it helps others find the videos as well

@@h.product5153 you mean a continuous tone, not beep, the beep codes work per second, not continuous... Power it down and up again. If it continues then have a technician take it to a repair centre

Thank you for the comment Craig, does it happen when it's hot outside or just randomly? If it only occur when it's hot or when the motor has been opened a few times it can be dry joints on the control card

Thank you for the comment, you can only adjust the door by doing the completed limit setup, it will flash P until you complete the limit set and the remotes will also only work once the motor confirms limit setup completed

Thank you for the comment, origon not found can be a doss/loom error. When you move the gate past the magnet it should tell you it moved past the origin marker, if it does the you might have a PCB error

It has 3 buttons but I’m uncertain how many pins I have. Can you tell me what I can do if I have either one of those two and I want to reset the code so it’s only paired with a remote that I’ve paired.

Gather all your remotes as you will be resetting the receiver Power down the motor head completely There is 3 pins on the board it will say BT and Lt with a center pin Get a piece of wire and bridge all 3 pins Return power and watch the Rx led or count to 15 Remove power Remove bridge Return power and test If it did not work try again until a working remote stops working Then program all the remotes again

@@nicksandtrickssa so i did that i programmed "b" to the blue button and it showed me "1" now when i get back to standby when i press the blue button it just shows me "p" and it starts beeping
