    It looks great from outside, but great disparities remain in incomes between indian and foreign counterparts, poor appraisals, Axon merger where Hcl in fact got merged into Axon and Indian employee interests were not protected. Employees are poorly satisfied and Managers are waiting for chance to put down their subordinates. Poor organization culture in short.

    Worked in both HCL and Wipro and imo Wipro is far better in terms of Work culture and is more Employee centric though not best. HCL doesn't do much for Employees, doesn't matter how much knowledge you gain, how many hours of extra hardwork you are putting in, you will barely get recognition until you are licking Manager's boots. Every appraisal they told me since I was Introverted, I wasn't suitable for Team work when in reality my performance was way better than those Panchayati people.

    Best strategy is pay less to your employees enhance your profit. I worked in HCL for 1.5 years. Very worst management with underrated employees. 3 to 7% annual hike with much pressure to push the project. Now I resigned and joined US based company getting better pay which I can’t expect in HCL even with 5 years of experience.

    • @srinivasanthothathri1446
      @srinivasanthothathri1446 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      I strongly disagree with you. I have been in HCL for so many years (it was my first company). I have also moved around to other companies as well. HCL pays far better if you stick with it and continue to excel on your performance and most importantly innovation and customer appreciation. Just judging HCL in 1.5 years is a big mistake. I should also say that there are pockets of dissatisfaction in some key areas. But, overall, idea creators and innovators with strong customer and technology focus and continuous skill/talent upgrade fetches you.
      Also, HCL strength lies in networking. If you had not created a network within HCL for yourself, then you are doomed. May be that was probably happening to you!

    I believe TCS & Infosys currently holds a more prominent position in the global IT industry compared to HCL. TCS boasts a vast and diverse clientele spanning the globe, giving them a significant advantage in terms of reach and reputation. But HCL appears to be primarily focusing on revenue growth in areas like Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), which might not be as strategically advantageous in the long run for establishing a global IT giant status.

    HCL gives opportunity to 12th pass students to study and earn together. I mean they take 10k per month fees from you to provide you some certificate course, and give you 7k stipend per month for the same. Still makes 3k profit per month from you. I don't know how it is justified to do such courses which do not even gives job guarantee because after doing that you are not even eligible for graduate level exams, private software jobs, etc and finally end up wasting time and money.

      Research well before you spit bs. Those students will be having 4years of work experience at graduation. And stipend is 10k not 7 during internship and more after they become full time employee.

    They are master in IT infra service and DC operations but far behind in Software service if you compared to TCS and Infosys.

    Consider giving thoughtful and objective video titles. Not cheap ones. HCL has made a mark but has not destroyed Infosys and TCS.

    You have chosen worst company hcl and giving running comentry. HCL takes money from employees in the form of hcl tss and give them jobs later they fire employees.My rating for this is 1 out of 5 . It means I am giving worst rating

    HCL can be anything but it's certainly not employee first. During COVID they (top management) called us to offices to work there just for two days. What's gud we will do for 2 days in office. Just waste of time
