Sad to see that some of the biggest Indian companies are just doing IT outsourcing ( providing IT services to foreign companies) , and don't have any product of their own. Meanwhile indians are heading the best products in the world outside India.
By making sad comments here INDIA will not transform itself into a product destination. Instead the slow but steady steps taken by likes of Infy and TCS are quite constructive and in longer term would lead us where you dream to go today.
@@shrini04 Nobody is intending to crib about anything, and there are skillful people in India who are constructively working on their ideas because they are genuinely passionate about technology. But it's also a fact that Indian companies like TCS or Infosys are only known to provide services and not to innovate or invent. Mass hiring companies like them can come up with their own products, as they have the necessary resources but instead they stick to low risk avenues like providing services which is rather safe and straight forward. This limits their employees in many ways, restricting their ideas and does not utilize their potential to the fullest. Also it reaffirms the belief in people that India is just good enough to serve and not to lead. Hence the really skillful ones never choose to stay in such companies. Tbh the ones who are stuck there for a long time are literally wasted for life.

If our so called innovative IT resources have great ideas then why don’t they set up a startup and show their mettle in making it successful? Why do you expect TCS and INFY to do it? It is not their focus. They do what they do.

I know Infosys is not as good as TCS
but I'm proud to be an employee as a Software Engineer at Infosys ♥️ and the reason is it's my First company.
The company which give you good opportunity is good for you. I worked in TCS and know many of my friends who left TCS because the company didn't provide them good project. Infosys or TCS all are alike , all service industry.
