      Array baba it is market driven. If u start a company tomorrow, which l doubt, you will also not pay more than what's needed. Thats how it works.

      Market capitalisation of Infosys is very large and it probably stand forth in India ..shree Narayan Murthyji seems to be very polite person ; to criticize unnecessarily to our companies ,can be said ,as I know, anti-national activities ...one should stop it.

    Infosys past me kya tha, kaise kaam karti thi.. ye to pahle ki baat hai... baat to ispe honi chahiye ki aaj iski kya standard rah gayi hai...
    This company is not at all employee centric and focus solely on it's business and client serving methodology.
    I think, people having multiple job offers including Infosys, will give least priority to join this company.
    There are other major players in the software market, where similar service based companies are taking lessons and started giving more importance to their work force.

    Noone wants to join Infosys as it is not an ethical with over tantrum than it's lesser quality skill.If anyone clears interview its pay scale is very underpaid.Also,this company takes interviews of person above a certain percentage,better it should focus on other most of the companies culture "Come anyone,qualify our interview,join" Also,can see now many are leaving it because forcing employees to sign "No joining to competitor and peer companies" CAN SEE IN NEWSPAPERS AND CAN HEAR FROM EMPLOYEES.Same,happening in TCS also now.

    Attrition is an industry wide phenomenon. It is not specific to Infosys. After COVID, IT employees have suddenly awakened to the value of time and life over money. So many have moved on and reprioritised their life. They will now opt for a change in industry where work pressure is less and.quality of life is better. IT companies will have to fall in line by taking a margin hit and providing that environment and flexibility. It will take 8 quarters for the corporate egos to fall in line

    Make next episode on - How Infosys only worked as Service Provider taking ~20000$ from Clients but paying ~4000-5000$ to its employee at times when US Software Industry was booming but Infy was only working as Service provider cheaply since being in bed with Gates and Cartel. Also ended up firing Vishal Sikka when he tried to evolve Infy as software house not a provider.
    Even today after earning so much of Money thay are really doing nothing to become a software Company but only relying on other Software houses to pay them for labour.
    Even after all this people think Murthy is GREAT🤯.

    Infosys reduced indians to cheap labour and is the worst commission eating middleman. Their salary to a fresh engineering graduate is 25 thousand per month even today which is shocking. Clients pay a lot of dollars per hour. There are many andhra middlemen in USA who pay 80 % of client dollars to us. Leave infosys and work for the same client through some reddy owned staffing firm and triple your salary

      There are thousands of middlemen from andhra in USA who do H1B transfer and pay you 80 % of client payment. Infosys pays only 30 % as your salary. So work for the same end client but change your middleman

    This is far from reality. From where did you get all these rules and rule frames ? Have you interviewed any employee ? You haven't spoken a single word on attrition. 1 in 3 person have resigned . Why people are leaving if it is such a great company ? And who said they don't give strict target ? Do you know they deduct your leaves if you dont cover 9.30 hrs ? Software devs are treated like factory workers.

      why do you expect to get paid if you don't fulfil the companies demand? like to beg I guess.
      and FYI I've sometimes worked less than 7 hours and I got paid. It's evident that if you don't work for the estimated time over and over again then it's obvious that the company will pay you less, it's a basic ethical policy.
      talking about attrition I think Infy should rethink about their hike policy in this times, market values are going up but these MNC and there salary scales haven't changed for decade or more.
      And one more thing, why do feel that a factory worker should be any less well treated than a Dev? I hope you get well soon.

    Infosys foundation ka jo charity ka paisa hain wo employees salary se forcibly deduct kiya jaata hain. Its not a option but mandatory. Pehle itna less salary usme foundation ka deduction. Charity se corporate tax bachta hain infosys. Aur branding bhi free me milta hain to brainwash people like you. PR team social image create karta hain. Infosys is such a shit company that they make employees pay for parking also.
