Love Jeanne Crane. She was a fine actress and bold in her choise of the role of Pinky at the time. Much respect of her and in her ability to form a family as well.
Why use such a untrue title to lure people? She had a wonderful career, grew old with her husband and together had seven children. She had a wonderful life.
It sounds as though this lady was soooooo much more than just a movie star . I've never played eyes on someone more beautiful and her role in man without a star was outstanding !
She had ten children by her husband and he visited her every month even after they separated. During the last part of her life she lived in a typically large Hollywood mansion and was visited frequently by her children. Not exactly a sad ending.
Sad ending? Balls (UK slang) - complete rubbish! Jeanne Crain was a great actress and led a full & wonderful life - which many can't imagine. She stood out in all her films; and put motherhood - and seven children - before her career. Films not mentioned with strong social messages are: Take Care of My Little Girl (1951), questioning the Sorority (& Fraternity) systems' snobbish values and divisiveness, and People Will Talk (or Behind the Veil 1951), a critique of the contemporary medicine. Films still relevant today.
Jean Crane did not have a tragic sad and then she lived a full healthy life
Yep. These idiots will say anything. She had a great career and seven kids.
She is beautiful

What's sad in this? She had a healthy life and seemingly a great life-work balance.
P.S. If only the narrator wasn't a robot...
I know It!! And if the stories didn't go around in circles...

She worked with some of my favorite stars, Alan Ladd, Jeff Chandler, Frank Sinatra, Charlton Heston, Dana Andrews, Clifton Webb
terrible narration
