By far you are the best plant based cooking show. I love how you don’t use oil and other junk. I’m going to make this today for my semi-vegan husband who misses eggs. All of your recipes looks amazing. Hopefully I can do ya proud 😉🙌🏻😂

what a great idea to make up dry ingredients in advance. do this with spices, but didn't think to do it with other mixes. great tip! 😀

We made this for my sister's family while they were visiting and they loved it! They are not vegan and they could not believe how great it tasted. We did add salsa, and a great big green salad. This is really a wonderful dish to serve anytime. Thank you so much for your wonderful recipes. I do not think I could do this without your demonstrations.

I bought your Vegan Made Easy cookbook on kindle because I live in Canada and didn't want to wait for delivery. I usually prefer to have hardcover for cookbooks but this book with links to your videos is much better than a hardcover book. The way the book is formatted with picture and recipe on the same page is perfect. Thank you for your excellent work!

Of the million and one vegan videos I have watched, the best advice came from here. "Put all the pre-measured ingredients into jars ... and just add water" Thank you. This is absolutely the worst thing about trying to be vegan. all the mixing and measuring which is so time-consuming and to me, being the laziest person on earth, it's discouraging. Thanks again for the tip. Love your recipes as well

I tried your recipe with Besan flour (Gram Dhall) sans nutritional yeast (coz I couldn't find any). It turned out to be so delicious. My son said it tasted really close to real egg omelette! I made this yesterday evening and it was delicious. I added some coriander powder into the mix and swapped white pepper for black pepper. Sadly, the omelette didn't cook very well in the centre. Not quite sure what I did wrong. I increased the heat and cooking time but no luck. Perhaps I used the wrong sized pan? It was tasty all the same.
I'm not vegan but I'm reducing the amount of meat that I eat and I'm limiting the other animal products that I consume. I'm hoping to shift the rest of the weight that I intend to lose. Your recipes are helping me discover tasty alternatives to some of my favourite foods. Thanks :)

TristePsicosis Maybe try cooking on a slightly lower heat for longer and leave a lid on so that it "steam" cooks the middle. Also, have a look at a site called www.nutritionfacts.org for lots of info on the benefits of plant based foods. x

CookingWithPlants yeah thanks, that makes sense I'll try it with the lid on. My non-stick pan isn't great so I'm always trying not to burn these things on the bottom, makes it harder to cook it through.
