It's really amusing to me that Kelli thanks us at the end for working out with her. No ma'am, thank YOU for creating such incredible FREE workouts and for being the best trainer ever.

I'm pretty over weight and I'm only 15 I've been overweight my whole life and it's held me back from doing anything and everything I've ever wanted . I decided to not let my weight hold me back and to take charge in my life . Without money to go out and exercise in a gym I turned to TH-cam and I'm glad I did . These videos inspire me to work harder . Ever day I work out along side of one and even though I stop a little early and I can't do some of the things I strive to get to a point where I can . Thank you for making these free videos and helping out people like me who might have given up without them .

I've been there (I've lost almost 30 pounds without going to the gym) so I understand how you feel, if you keep working out and trying to eat healty, drinking water and sleeping at least 7 hours your body will transform :)

yey congratulations on making a change! dont be too hard on yourself tho, even if you can't do everything or take it easy, you'll get there when your body is ready for it. remember to take some days off, or at least a no sweat workout like a slow walk :) good luck!

Heavily appreciate that the exercises do not repeat. Helps keep each new set fresh. Also doesn't allow you to get into the "oh no I have one/two more sets of this exercise left." More positivity mentally. Thanks for the great content!

Whenever you're struggling or if you catch your intensity dropping, remind yourself that you only have to do each of these moves once. Just one time through. So don't be stingy with your energy or endurance; put everything you've got into each interval and leave it all out there. You will likely feel less stressed and maybe even a little bit of a calm energetic feeling by the time you're done here. Exercise does amazing things for the brain and body. FitnessBlender I love your stuff. However, have you guys taken a look at the recent research which indicates that cardio acceleration before each resistance set is far superior to doing cardio in one chunk and then doing the resistance. The "integrated concurrent strength and aerobic endurance" training doubled the fat loss even though ONLY the order of the exercise was changed. Who knows if they are right. The scientists keep changing their minds. But I was wondering? Keep up the good work.

Many of our workouts/programs already do this. Each of our workouts is a standalone that has a strategy of it's own. Which leads me to my next point; it sounds like they are talking specifically about "fat loss" (though I have seen some studies which suggest the training style is also good for building/maintaining muscle), which is really only one limited aspect of "fitness" or being healthy. There are advantages and drawbacks to every training style, which is one of the reasons we mix it up so often.

FitnessBlender You are right. The more approaches you try, the more likely your fans will in fact exercise and will succeed in their particular goals. Judging by your subscription base and views and comments, you two are definitely making an enormous difference for the good. Good going! And, thanks.

Hey Daniel and Kelly!! So I don't know if you'll read this or not, but I'll write it anyway! So for about a year I've been doing various videos and programs of yours. Let me just say. It was worth every single penny. When I first started working out, I couldn't even do one push up! And then you guys thought me how to do strength training and kickboxing! I thought for the longest time I would end up looking like this macho woman haha. But boy was I wrong! I am now able to do like 20 push ups in a row and actually be able to curl more than 10lbs. I just wanna thank you both for teaching me how to work out properly and be balanced in my eating and LOVE myself. I now work out for my health and because I love the way I feel instead of just wanting to change the way I look. I love you guys and I hope you always inspire people to make this a lifestyle. Thanks so much!

Trtr well, for me the "easily bored" workouts are great. I have a pretty short attention span and it's difficult for me to concentrate. So, the variety really helps me focus on getting a good workout. It has nothing to do with being lazy :)

I love this workout! The only thing is I wish the next exercise would show during the rest period like all your other workouts. I had to wait until you said what the exercise was, press pause, adjust my dumbbells and then start again. But other than that, this is one of my favorite workouts! Thank you for all you do!

I loved this work out! (and I hate working out lol)
However I noticed that the little "what's ahead" corner is not really well timed here; usually if I'm not wrong, you put it during the rest time. In this, it's shown while we are still working out on the previous exercise so it's quite hard to follow and I missed a few seconds of each exercise because I had to watch you start first. :'(
I hope my explanation is not too confusing, my english is not perfect :P thanks for what you're doing!

Kelli, you freaking rock! I started doing yours and your husbands videos about six months ago. I buckled down with eating clean and got into habit of doing the work outs 5-7 times a week. I am now 30 pounds lighter, but 70 down since the beginning of my weight loss journey. You guys pushed me through my plateau and I'm so stoked on my body and how I feel now. Thanks for these excellent videos, this one was especially great today.

hello Kelli n Daniel. I had been doing fb workouts for 7 years now and till now I have had no complaints. but here goes my first. in this workout, during the hiit routine, the next exercise coming up is shown during the exercise and not during the breaks. between trying to see which is the next exercise and doing the current one, I manage to do the first one properly and not actually doing the exercise. pls dont think I am being ungrateful for everything that u r doing because really I am truly truly grateful for the way fb has helped me 'evolve' and I had been doing nothing else but fb exercises and the cream of it all is I love myself now which I think is above everything else. thank u once again for touching my life and love u for the awesome work that u both r doing and helping millions and millions across the world..

I love these workouts for people who get bored easily. It is a "mind" think knowing that you only have to do the exercise once and for only 20 seconds. I can do anything for 20 seconds and wish there were more HITT workouts with 20 on. The strength component was a nice touch but I personally would rather have all HITT. Keep them coming please and thank you!

This just made me feel like such a badass! I've been doing your programs for about a year now, currently doing Burn for the 2nd time, and when i started i couldnt do any kind of jumping at all, couldn't do a push up, got mad when squats and lunges were in the warm up because they were so hard for me, and had to modify almost every exercise. I just KILLED this routine lol. I have recently increased my weights and it's made me feel so strong. I push through the hiit without modifications (most days lol) and I just can't thank you guys enough for making smart accessible programs that don't empty my bank account! These programs really have changed my life!

Just completed this one it was a killer!! Only criticism is the preview of the next workout played during end of active interval instead of during rest so it was easy to miss. Since each interval was a different move it was more noticeable - I had to spend time watching the first rep or so during the active intervals

I’ve been following these workouts for a few years and love them! Now I’m in the 3rd trimester of my first pregnancy and still doing them (with some modifications of course;))

I've been doing your workouts for the past year and this one has to be one of my favourites so far! perfect blend of all body strength and hiit. thank you!

Damn, I can’t believe I did this AND the hiit extra challenge. I definitely won’t be able to use the stairs after today, that’s for sure. I lifted lighter than a year ago as I’m getting back into working out however that didn’t stop me from contracting my muscles and focusing on the burn 🔥 I’m all done for the day and boy do I feel like an absolute badass. I’m so ready to conquer the rest of today like a boss 💪 #FBSweat Day 12 complete! 12.07.2021

I just wanna thanks you so much from the bottom of my heart ! for the work you put in, in every single videos !
You've been a part of my life, for almost a year now, you helped me up to keep my body & mind in shape.
I think I'll never be able to stop physical activites now ;) that's my addiction, a good one I think :)
Keep it up, all the best for both of you.

Absolutely love your videos - especially these ones "For People Who Get Board easily" (Like me)!! One suggestion for this video - can you run the preview of the next move through the rest period? With this workout, I wasn't able to watch the preview and then when I looked for it during the rest period, it was already gone. Thanks!

  • @RoYeah
    @RoYeah 7 ปีที่แล้ว

This is one of my fave videos so far, the only minor set back being the work out preview showing while an exercise is still going and not in the active rest period. I missed a bunch while on the floor and had to go back to check what the next work out looks like :D

Why do those touch down jumps feel like they're going in slow motion!? MY LEGS!! haha. If you REALLY WANT to push yourself and your body has the energy then a tip for not seeing the next exercise in time (or what I do to help) is to rewind it. Do the last exercise AGAIN but watching the screen this time.... You get more out of the workout and it really pushes me endurance wise. Never thought I could do this workout let alone double up on some of the exercises. This workout is so hard. I did it yesterday too and my legs this morning were so sore (still are but pushing through).
All I can say is thank you. I found my fitness with you guys about 2 years ago and my life has not been the same since (for the better)
    Thank you again!

This workout is great and challenging! I just wish that the preview of the upcoming exercise would go up during the rest break or much closer to the end of the interval. I found that I kept having to rewind so I could see it. Thank you for your hard work!!

Heyooo first HIIT and strength workout of the new year!! This is just what I needed to kickstart back into my exercise routine after being away from home for 5 weeks. I just returned to New Zealand from Denmark yesterday (think two 12+ hour flights later...😣) and since I woke up at 4am (thank you, jet lag!) I thought why not crack straight back into it? It's now 7am and all my hard work is done for the day 😂 Thanks Kelli! Keep being awesome 👏 you are a role model and aspiration to so many, myself included 👊

I have been working out with you for a year and a half and I thought I was doing a pretty good job keeping up with you and your intensity level. My ego must have wanted to teach me a lesson because this video kicked my behind. It has been 5 minutes since I completed this video and I am still literally pouring sweat. I don't know how I missed this one.

I liked this workout and appreciated no repeat exercises, but could you let the preview for the next exercise play into the active rest time? Being busy doing the current exercise, I often didn’t see the preview so had to watch her first rep which meant I missed 5 seconds of the 20 sec section. Thanks. Keep them coming. Fitness Blender is my go-to place for all sorts of exercise needs.
