Holy crap lady. From the bottom of my terribly anxious heart I thank you ceaselessly. I often have a difficult time controlling my anxiety; I get a terrible heaviness on my neck, shoulders, back, and chest. I've never tried Yoga in my entire life; never thought I would. I woke up today with a terrible anxious nausea. I don't know why it occurred to me now but I remembered being told by people that do yoga that it is amazing for relieving stress and anxiety. I have to tell you that after following along with your video today, I feel fantastic. It's amazing, it truly blows my mind how effective this was. I'm beyond convinced. As of today, Yoga is going to be (an important) part of my life. Thank you for guiding me today, and setting me off on this journey towards inner and outer peace. :)

As I've finished the practice and I sit here typing and I feel calmer, less of the toxic thoughts are brewing though my mind. I feel more inclined to not dwell on that which I can't control and let it go or wash over me. Thank you Adriene, a new perspective to re-start my day. Namaste

10.23 🧘🏿♂️ Day Twenty-three of PLAY! Today's practice really touched me. In the first few minutes, I was like 'Am I stressed?' I started to cry a bit while doing the deep breaths. Choosing to let go is such a good concept. Thanks, Adriene!
I was going to skip todays practice or push it off until tonight because I let myself lay around for a bit too long this morning and felt rushed, but I decided to make the time and do it and I’m so glad I did!!
Hello Adriene, Thank you for posting such beautiful and relaxing yoga videos. I'm one of the health care workers in Australia and on the frontline to manage current Covid-19. Dear Adriene. A few years ago I have been going through a big emotional stress and was literally falling apart. I was ready to try anything just stop feeling so terrible. I found this video and decided to try yoga for the first time in my life. After the first try I felt like I was in heaven. All the pain just went away and I started to feel like a human again. Since then every day I do either a full routine from your channel or just basic yoga moves that help me to feel good all day long. I just wanted to say a huge thank you for changing my life! I recommend your channel to all of my friends and people who need help just like I needed some time ago. Lots of love and the appreciation from Latvia.❤️
I felt like a swap today and you invited us to return to this yummy practice so I did .... Lower Back Love, an awesome slow stretchy sequence perfect for some Adriene ‘feel good ‘ TLC. I have no back pain but it’s wonderful for maintenance 🙏 See you tomorrow on the mat 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💕

Thank you so much Adriene, for all of your videos on yoga for anxiety, stress, and panic. I have played these videos multiple times when I've been on the verge of a panic attack, and they help me re center every time. Please continue to add more videos for panic disorders, stress relief and anxiety. I have found that a mixture of focused breathimg, sun salutations, flow, and restorative poses, are the best for me, to bring me out of a panic attack. Thanks again, you really do help me when I'm at work or unable to go to a class right when I need one.
This is my favorite practice of Adriene’s yet! She’s so funny and light hearted, and I always feel better after doing my daily yoga with her. A good choice for a tense day!
Thank you so much. I really needed this. My current stress has been so bad that I have been getting very ill. I have an anxiety disorder which makes it very difficult to relax and let stress and worries go. This really did the trick. More of this and I will hopefully avoid another sick spell! Namaste xo
Dear Adriene, I really want to thank you for this video and actually just your entire channel. I am going through a depression at the moment and I'm seeing a therapist for this as well. One of my main problems is that I can't bring myself to relax because there are always many depressing thoughts going through my mind. I've been searching for things to do that empty my mind but so far nothing has been really succesfull. Last week my therapist advised me to try yoga. It sounded very interesting but I knew nothing about it so I wanted to explore some on the internet first before I would actually sign myself up for a class. That's how I got to this channel. I've been trying some tutorials and I feel so relieved. This is so relaxing! :) It's really amazing that you do this for people. You explain everything very clearly and you present it in a funny way as well. So again thank you so much for this! I hope you keep doing this and that your videos will inspire many other people, like the way you inspired me!
I have been doing yoga for over three years, and have started doing yoga videos a couple months ago. Adrienne is the best I have found so far. This video is one of my favorite, since I need the stress relief, but I have found her other videos helpful. I highly recommend.
I've been enjoying your videos for months, but I just felt compelled to tell you how sweet and genuine you are. I love your "corny jokes" and gentle humor, I think that was almost more therapeutic then the yoga, although only slightly! Great stress relieving sequence, thank you for all you do! You make my days brighter each time I join you for one of these videos! xoxox -Kela
Thank you Adriene, I've been doing yoga on your videos for the past 8 months and it's been a life saver. You are amazing, thank you for everything that you do. Namaste!
Thank you Adriene. You are making a HUGE difference in my life. MASSIVE. I've only been doing your yoga for two weeks, but your energy is what motivates me and makes me feel safe as I go through massive changes. Although I couldn't smile much today due to a relapse of depression, you made me LAUGH :) this particular sequence has allowed a lot of stuck energy in my body to start flowing again. it's a magical one especially for shoulders. I'd like to request you do a video some time with some of these shoulder stretches and other exercises to really unlock TMJ syndrome and also mind fog in the head. I know you'e done a video on neck stretches, but ti didn't quite help with the TMJ as much as the long stretches at the beginning of this vid. Bless you and I pray I continue with you for a long time because you are defo the perfect yoga instructor for me online, as my offline instructor is offline :)
Adriene, thank you so much for sharing these very helpful yoga videos. After doing this session with you I feel very grateful. I suffer from Tourettes Syndrome (a neurological condition that makes me tic) and it suddenly got worse over the last few weeks. Your videos help me to calm down and find balance. You are the sweetest thing ever and I love your sense of humour. Greetings from Cambridge, UK.
Dear Adriene, what a pleasure and relief it was to do this sequence today, coming to the mat stressed and over this day as I was. Like a proper "moving meditation", feeling that bit looser and quieter after this. And it sped by. This will become a go to I think. Thank you for what you do! Very much appreciated by myself and clearly countless others.
This video was absolutely beautiful. The perfect ending to the longest week (or longest 4 years) in modern American history. Definitely bookmarking this one for the future!
So fun. Skip this practice if you don't like talking and jokes and fun! I love a good sense of humor. 🎉 I love the free style opportunities when Adriene is sharing her wisdom. Only one down dog. The cobra sequence was funny to me😂 OCT 21ST '23
Thank you for this lovely flow. Really helping me to soften, release and re-settle Yes RE-Set! Have some tightness on left buttock / lower back which I m sure its muscles cramp / knot deep inside (due to prolong sitting!). Really to work it with my body (&mind) - so, this is much needed :) Lots of thoughts as I work thru some work and personal matters. so yes, Listen to your (my) body! Its speaking to me - Halo, Wake up and connect / re-set! Namaste to all practising and TGIF
Adrienne you are a gentle soul, you have no idea how much your video has helped me today, Last year I was diagnosed with a very difficult clinical depression and I’m slowly learning to live again now more conscious of myself and my needs, stress is a trigger factor for me, so this practices are life saving. From the bottom of my heart thank you for sharing your gift!
Feb love yo self: todays video for me! Still mixed up until sunday :) loved this juicy practice to relieve my stress! Still find the balancing poses difficult but just keep reseting. Love adriene’s videos been doing them for so long now my brain will randomly just tell me to smile every so often with adriene’s voice and it really does make a difference!!
Thank you, I recently lost some close friends of mine because I couldn't control my stress which boiled to anger... I hurt them and I still can't forgive myself but I needed someway to calm down. I remember my 3rd grade teacher always found time to teach some yoga I remember finding inner peace and calming my mind, I really needed this I haven't felt well like my soul was being healed it's been overdue for years so thank you for the video and instruction maybe I've finally found my stress reliever *deep breath* Namaste~ ^w^

Day 20 complete I didn't really have the right focus for this one today but I did what I could. 10/20/2023
Namaste xo
What a great month of Intuiting! Thank you for everything you do for us, Adriene!
Love this one, time flew by. Thank you
Wow, I feel amazing now! Thank you! 🙏
I was crying now i'm smiling
I hope you’re ok 🙏
Sending a 🤗 💚💚💚
Perfect practice to follow the breath meditation with you and Aicha McKenzie☮️
Dear Adriene,
I really want to thank you for this video and actually just your entire channel.
It's really amazing that you do this for people.
You make my days brighter each time I join you for one of these videos! xoxox -Kela
This has to be one of my favourite practices EVER ❤️ I feel so wonderful and relaxed after practicing, it’s like I’ve been reborn 🌞🙏🏼💛
I really like this one , have it saved ,very relaxed and calm after doing today, enjoy☮️
I think we practiced at the same time! 😄
@@thesunandtheforest so nice to know !
I had a wonderful time on the mat today, had some laughts , breathe deep and freed up new space to move, Namaste everyone ❤
Thank you Adriene 🥺 Today we are going to 2nd round of lockdown here in Greece and that it’s exactly what I needed 🥺✨
💜
This is the first time trying yoga and I really enjoyed this. I suffer from anxiety and this really helped. Thank you so much!
chaoticoverdrive27 did you do it with video ... I like to take notes and do it later while reading in between the notes..
This was a great practice to do right after hearing the results of the U.S. election! Shedding the stress of the last 4 years!
if you were stressed out because of a President then you need to get a grip. Go visit Cambodia and see what happened them 40 years, now thats stress.
@@david_fitzmaurice What are you so pressed for :)
Seeing this comment in 2023 just upped my stress 😂
@@heidifriedman9090fr though 😂
this came by so fast. my stress was truly relieved. thank you adriene!
I started this video crying now I'm smiling. Namaste
Really enjoyed this one. Done on October 20th 2023 💗

Feb love yo self: todays video for me! Still mixed up until sunday :) loved this juicy practice to relieve my stress! Still find the balancing poses difficult but just keep reseting. I still LOVE this practice!!
Thank you for all your yoga videos. You friendly and quirky approach is truly wonderful. It is clear from the comments that you are helping many people (myself now being included in that bunch!). Thank you!!
That's for reminding me to breathe in life 😊
