Jesus Christ is the propitiation for the whole world's sins. They that believeth and are baptized (with the Holy Spirit) shall be saved; but they that believeth not shall be damned. Those led by the Holy Spirit do not abide in wickedness.
*God is ONE manifesting himself as THREE;* the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit! Bless him! *For these three are one.*
As I am led by the Holy Spirit, nothing I state is a lie, but the truth of God. Anyone who tells you differently is misinformed or a liar. They do not know God, nor led by him.
Anyone who *claims* to be a Christian and is against what I am doing, and where I am doing it; the Holy Spirit does not dwell within them, they lack understanding. They know not God, read his word, and their religion is in vain. Do not hear them, they will mislead you, the lost cannot guide the lost.

    • @Call_Upon_YAH
      @Call_Upon_YAH ปีที่แล้ว +1

When you trust in God and cast your cares (worries, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts) upon him, they will be NO MORE!
Know that there is power in the name Jesus Christ! His name casts out demons and heals!
The world is wicked, evil, and of the devil.
I too, was a wicked sinner of the world before I opened my heart to God. I am living proof of God's work and fruitfulness! He is an active God who hears the prayers of his! God's children are set apart (holy) and righteous. The devil is a liar that comes to steal, to kill, and to destroy; that includes your relationship with God.
Open your heart to God, repent of your sins (he will forgive you), and let him direct your path. Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands and purify your heart, lest you walk with the devil and follow him to hell.

This was my first ever Yoga with Adriene video I did, I remember. I was wrecked with anxiety at the time and couldn't find any relief. It came in the form of this video, and healing came in the form of yoga, which forever changed my life. Here I am today, 129 days of yoga this year consistently! Felt so emotional coming back to this because, ironically it's just what I needed today after a stressful day at work. The universe really works in mysterious ways!

To stop the anxiety, focus to God, know His word, His promises through the Bible, trust God and build your foundation to Him. Anxiety starts if we focus to ourselves instead to God, and also to lies of the enemies that they put on the human head. God loves you and cares for you ❤. The real battle is in the spiritual, anxiety and depression is a spiritual battle. It all lies from the enemy, it is not just a sickness even the other mental disorder or physical sickness it all starts in spiritual but it also effects and the cause is the way we take care also the temple of the Holy Spirit which is our body. If we do not take care our body, it is going to have sickness it also applies to our spiritual, if we do not feed the Holy Spirit His food which is the Word of God, it will be hungry. That is why we need God and have God in our lives, we cannot live without Him.

I’m only 17 but I’ve been in therapy for 5 years. I have anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and I’ve attempted suicide several times. I’ve had a lot of adults preach meditation and mindfulness to me, but I always felt like it was uncomfortable and pointless. I recently had a stress-induced collapse (aka I passed out from burnout) and I decided I needed to change something if I wanted to feel better.
After completing this yoga session, I felt myself start crying while I laid on the mat. I don’t know how long it’s been since the last time I felt truly held, supported, and loved. I know a lot of people like to be pushed to achieve their goals and enjoy being under that pressure, but I think a lot of us just want someone to be there while we stumble through our first steps. The world is already so cruel, so thank you for putting this out here for all of us who need someone kind ❤️

I’m a 20 year old college student who moved back home because of coronavirus. I have pretty frequent panic attacks, but recently they’ve been even more severe because of the pandemic. Today I felt one coming on, and I immediately grabbed my mat and went outside to do this practice. Words cannot express how much it helped. It helped clear my mind, gave me that rush of endorphins that my body so desperately needs, and it gave me hope for handling my anxiety and panic attacks through yoga. Thank you, Adrienne.

Even on days like today where I struggle to even attend my classes, these videos make me feel like at least I showed up for myself even if that's the only thing I can bring myself to do. I've made it a ritual to read these comments after my practice because it is so comforting to know that I am not alone, and we are all here together struggling with the same things. all things shall pass and we are all in this mess together now going on the 3rd year of Pandemic and massive political unrest and division. So, don't make yourself sick as you may feel that everything is out of your control, it's not . And don't be so hard on yourself as you are dealing and doing the best that you can, one day at a time, maybe a new word, song, poem, principle etc, it doesn't matter.. Learn just one good thing a day, one positive thing each day and really learn it, this is enough and many years down the road you will see how amazing the build up of just 1 single, positive a day has made, this is without fail. Peace !

I had a gorgeous life. Don't understand all of a sudden there has been a drastic change in my life..
since few months I have been getting palpitations and panic attacks. Went to multiple doctors with n number of tests, but every single one of them says reports are absolutely normal and not a single problem in any of the tests. Except my heart rate gets high between 90-100 bpm. Earlier I have been on an average 65 - 70, but these days never goes below 80-85.
Doctors haven't prescribed any medicines but they have advised breathing exercises and yoga is the solution for my condition. I have never been an overthinker but this thing really sucks 😑. Trying all things possible to let go off this stress. To all the people dealing with stress and anxiety, we will get over with this 100%. May god bless us.

I know this comment is years late, but have you ever heard of Mast Cell Activation Syndrome or POTS? Both of these conditions can be caused or worsened by covid, and they involve the symptoms you're describing. The layman's term for it is an "adrenaline dump." If it's not related to PTSD, panic disorder, or severe anxiety, I wonder if you could have one of these conditions? I had MCAS before the pandemic ever happened, but having covid has made my symptoms so much worse. I get things that feel just like what you are describing.

Almost have done the same on several occasions. This was never something I dealt with prior to COVID. Now it's a daily struggle.
Yoga, exercise, and multiple guided meditations throughout the day have helped me at least move forward with the day. It's not that I'm any less afraid, I just have more courage now.
You are not alone. I am sorry for your pain.

Sometimes I get so caught up in my negative thoughts that it leads to a slight panic attack. Through your practice I’ve learned to try to come back to reality and calm myself down. It’s okay to feel the way you feel but you can let go if it doesn’t feel right. You don’t have to judge yourself for your feelings and thoughts. They come for a reason but you don’t have to hold onto them if you don’t want to. As a wise yoga teacher once said (and is still saying!): "Find what feels good."

That is so true! I realize it myself. I was really cheerful and everything felt normal and good until recently. And when you are in this anxious and/or depressed mood its like your brain switchted to its own dark side. So everything that is generated by it is rather dark. I also think accepting that this can happen it key and realizing your brain has te capability for happiness and joy is another.

Dear Adriene, I am from Uruguay and I am pretty new at yoga. These last 6 months I've been though a really hard situation at work and I started to have panick attacks. Well, I think you know what I am talking about, negative and catastrophic thoughs, lack of hope, depression, fear of everything even death. One day I felt like I needed to do some relaxation and that's when is video magically appeared in my life. I did it twice and then started to stalk your channel and decided to do the yoga camp. Today it's my day 9 (actually I LOVED day 8 lol), and I can feel like I have some intangible skills I can use right now, and that slowly the panick attacks, the stress and all the emotional rubbish in this kind of situations are going away from my life.
I really want to thank you for sharing all your sympathy, your human moments, your fresh personality. I don't know if you are aware of how much you have changed my present by doing this. Thank you Adriene, you are such a lovely person.❤️

Be brave and stand up to him. Stand your ground and give him some of his own medicine. He can't physically hurt you, he's hurting you with words and knowing he's intimidating you, because you're letting him. I had to deal with this myself at work and you feel so free afterwards, the bully never dares to do it to you again and they treat you with respect. They melt when you stand up to them. It's scary but don't stand for it, gather your courage and the anger you must be holding in and next time, give it to him full force. The problem will be solved. Who is he to upset you like this? He's weak inside, a weirdo. Think of that, go for it and everything will be solved. For good.

Wow that was a gorgeous yoga practice, thank you Adriene for that. I am someone who is highly anxious, I have Autism and spend most of my time worrying about things, worrying about people and getting things done and the big one I worry about is time. But you help me to just be in the moment. To think only of now, this time on the mat and my breath. Thank you so much Adriene for helping me find a place of calm in a world that is wildly anxious. You are the best. 🧡 Namaste 🙏

I agree this was a great practice ❤ my brother is autistic so I understand some of your challenges. I wish I could persuade him to try a little yoga as I'm sure he would benefit but as a young man he is almost certainly not going to listen to his middle aged sister 😅 He does utilise meditation a lot so at least he has some tools to use. Have a great rest of your day and I hope you're feeling even more better today 😊

It's good he meditates though. 🧘‍♀️ I am feeling a bit better today thank you, its up and down at the moment. I hope your doing OK? Namaste 🙏

Whenever anyone says they have any issue, mental or physical im showing them adrienes channel 🤣 I'd just achieved my challenge to myself of doing every day for a year when I had to start my cancer treatment and couldn't manage to keep up everyday. Im recovering now so hopefully won't be long before I can manage every day again because yoga and epsom salt baths were the main things that managed to keep my fibro under control as much as anything can. I'm just about to go try todays but can't see me managing all of the 40 or so minutes lol

I was doing yoga every day for a while there. Then I moved, got focused on my new job and various social activities, and had stopped doing yoga for a few months. I almost forgot about the benefits of yoga. Last night, out of the blue, I had the worst anxiety attack I've ever had and I am not sure what caused it. Probably a lot of things. I couldn't sleep and I felt like I was dying. I was so distressed that I used an emergency benzodiazepine medication I had left over from a prescription years ago. It worked to get me through the night.
Today, I started to feel the anxious feeling coming back. "Oh no," I thought, "I can't take the drugs again for this. I don't want to ask my doctor for another prescription and I don't want to get addicted to something like that. There has to be some way." Like a ray of light, I remembered how yoga has helped me before. "Maybe Adriene can help me." Thank goodness. I am sitting here now amazed at how this feeling of powerlessness, being lost, like I am worthless, and just anxiety overload, has all been released. I laid on the mat for several minutes after this practice chanting "Om shanti shanti shanti."
I am so lucky that I know about Yoga with Adriene. I don't know what I would have done without this practice. With all of the things I get involved in in my life I sometimes get stuck in the attitude of "this is too important, I don't have time for my yoga." And so I push myself too hard. But remembering the importance of truly caring for myself and my energy, has saved me today. To anyone else who has struggled, you are not alone. Om shanti shanti shanti. We'll make it through.
