You also might wanna lower the res to 1280x800.
While the screen is really good, the console doesn't have enough power to run PC games at native res unless they're really old PC games.
This is more than a thousand dollars. Anyone who thinks it's better than the switch is simply delusional.
It's better... I think what you actually meant is the value per dollar? Because this thing can even play Switch games on Yuzu.

The warranty issue is when it’s time for the company to follow their own warranty polices it’s like pulling teeth!
It's 50/50.. something like razer due to build quality consistency... even within the warranty timeframe..
I bought mine from a UK company which is subject to our consumer laws. If they fail to provide satisfactory warranty repair or resolution. My bank gets a call and I'll get my money back. So depending on where you are in the world make sure you know your rights. I'm not concerned at all. If it breaks. They can fix it.

I just picked this Onexplayer up along with the AYANEO. And I would have to say i love the Onexplayer a lot more. I'm not going to return the AYANEO. But I will say if you have bigger hands then get the Onexplayer. Just a heads-up the screen went out on the AYANEO after just 48 hours of owning it. So I had to send it back to be Repaired. I had waited already 3 weeks to get it and I still haven't gotten it back yet. So take that into consideration.
How do you like your onexplayer? I’m thinking of ordering the amd version but I’m hesitant to order after seeing so many people having issues online.
Amd version doesn't have a fingerprint sensor, and somewhat buggy on windows 11. That's why i bought the intel version.
@@IspaykiTech Minus the fingerprint scanner. I haven't found it to be buggy, but I don't do all that much. I mostly just play steam games. I'm thinking of picking up the Intel version myself. I'm going to hold off a few months to see if they come out with the newer model. Not the small one, i don't want it in a 7 inc screen.
I just ordered the AMD RYZEN 7 5700U 2TB MVMe SSD 16GB RAM for $1569.00 not including tax.
Do you think a person with relatively small hands can use this device for gaming? Because I’d get the mini version but it’s way more expensive and only comes with an intel version, I want AMD 😭😭

Cheaper? Nope. This unit right here can play games for free, While you saving money to buy games on steam. Steamdeck is bulkier, has an ugly screen and not all games are working.
Mine is estimated for july-september this year. Quite a long wait. Also, this one has a much nicer screen than the deck, and for some people that's a game changer (pun intended).
Everything is a waste of money with that perspective

Cool device but not worth paying 1300 plus when you can get 8 core 3070 laptops for the same price and you can turn your settings to max. Paying 1300 plus just to play games on low settings is not a very good value. lol.

I was able to manged to pre'd the steam deck, wondering if I should cancel.
I reserved my steam deck but got tired of waiting for it to release who knows it could be delayed again, so I purchased an aya neo 2021 which I'm sure I will be very happy with

Showing Guardians of the Galaxy was not a really good idea because the Switch version is not native, it's the cloud version.
It was a video not the game I was showing.
Pretty nice device but I am happy that I have ordered the aya neo 2021 dark moon, to me it is just the right size plus really capable running a variety of games with amd inside it, oh nd it also runs windows 10
They are both good devices, I have this model and the reason I never got the Aya Neo is the small analogue sticks. But both are great at playing games at lower resolution.

That may be asking too much currently plus it would probably be ridiculously expensive.......but these devices can play aaa pc games anywhere plus many emulators, you can even put in a dock and play everything on a big screen tv!!! 😁😁😁 I currently have a ps3 emulator on my aya neo so I can play uncharted ps3 games at 60fps!!

Imo, the OneXPlayer is better. The device does cost more than the Switch but for the price you can play old games and most modern games including emulators. Speaking of emulators (I'm not trying to encourage people to pirate games but) you can also play Switch games on it using the Yuzu emulator.
Man this doesn't compete with the switch simply because it costs +700$ more. You should be comparing this to things like the Aya Neo for example. Makes no sense saying it's superior to the switch, as it would be a problem if it wasn't at this price point

It doesn't but that doesn't mean it isn't good it does allow you to play game on the go you would not be able to on your switch.
You can jailbreak the switch to play emulators too. Switch is always better for dedicated gaming. Since it is an actual gaming device. The games they release along the way will always up to spec until end of life of the device. "Handheld PC" wont last long since each games releases always have different spec requirements, and your "handheld PC" will deemed obsolete sooner than dedicated gaming device.
Never again… had the nvidia shield portable, still have it and it is useless. These are not real consoles. Maybe one day but not now. It is not worth the money unless you have too much money. They are just trying the market.That is why so expensive. For that kind of money can get mid range laptop or build a decent pc that will play those games on a bigger screen at medium settings and can be used for work or other stuff. 1500$ is insane and even the parts inside this thing can’t justify that price. Like I said Shield portable it was dead in 2-3 years(not a real console) ps vita real console lasted like 7 years or something and the specs on it, worse then the phones we use to get like in 2014.
Nvidia shield was purely android and runs android games/stream from pc. The onx is a full pc and can run just about anything pc related. Yes I agree way to expensive but can't compare Nvidia shield as that was a portable android device that runs android touched screen games/emulators. If you have steam then you can play instantly a large amount where years from now it can still be valuable in comparison to shield. But again yes the price is to got dam high

Really goofy post. This thing is a grade a BEAST. It's taken everything I've thrown at it, with ease. It's a freaking blast
Shield isn't even comparable to any of these handheld pcs.... My streaming box for my tv is more powerful than that thing was and these run an APU. Actually the Nintendo switch runs on the tegra x1 which is what nvidia replaced the processor in the shield portable with to make the shield tv pro and even that is significantly better than the portable. You're talking about something that came out close to 10 years ago lol
Great video and game console but unfortunately AMD software is in portrait mode instead of landscape mode as the Intel devices

You can switch the orientation by rotating the device or totally turn off rotation and keep it in landscape mode, I have the aya neo 2021 which has amd graohics, 1 tb hard drive and runs windows 10 I currently have the first uncharted game running at around 60 FPS 😏😁

What’s the difference between the 1S Intel i7 vs the AMD Ryzen 7?
The big difference is the AMD drivers are compatible with way way more games than the intel one.

@@JohnDavisMurderer well the aya neo has amd graphics, windows 10, a 1 terabyte hard drive, also I prefer the size as it’s similar to a switch with the hori split cons attached. I currently have psp, Dreamcast, ps2, GameCube/wii, n64 and even a ps3 emulator and have portable uncharted at 60 FPS!! I absolutely love mine 😁😏😉

Owned both. OneXPlayer is siginificantly better in everything except for the audio and portability factor.

Side to side the oled takes the cake by a lot and plus is cheaper and has great exclusives. It looks pretty good maybe give it a little bit of time before think about buying one.
Oled is low res and not as sharp though.
You can install an emulator to play switch games in it. Tried and tested, works flawlessly.

Pointless devices incl. Steam Deck. Switch is comfortable, more portable and has it's exclusive and it's real console. Those devices here (incl Steam Deck) are just glorified PC in small case. Switch may be it's not the most powerful device, but for what is - it's amazing. Plus if you care for the core game and not the graphics - that's the choice.
Switch sucks compared to steam deck. Who needs those primitive Nintendo games when you can run fully blown aaa titles with good graphics and not have to buy games several times? Switch doesn’t fit in the pocket either. Pointless is exactly what switch now is.

It’s pointless for you! It’s your opinion and this is not a fact. The fact is the Steam Deck is a good device for people like me who like playing games from PC, Xbox and PlayStation in portable mode. I lke Switch, but I don’t see problems in have options.
