  • simple stretches for everyday in evening or morning. For every age group, without any contraindications you can do it easily. you only have to follow your breath and do the simple stretches .
    in this stretches the spine has been used in 6 different stretches.
    1,side bend right and left
    2. twist right and left
    3. ⁠backward bend right and left
    4. ⁠forward bend right and left.
    after doing stretches, breath equally with the count of 2 inhales and 2 exhales in starting after regular practise increase your counting to
