    Keaira is so silly! I found myself bursting into spontaneous laughter several times during this video. LoL Love to see my sisters doing big things and using their gifts to help others. You rock girl! :)

    I love this workout. It is one of my favorites. Lost 18 lbs. this month exercising with LaShae (Yay) and eating right. You make me laugh and kick my butt all at the same time. Thanks for the awesome workouts :)

    Keaira! You're incredible and I am not afraid to say I have a mega girl crush on you! I loved loved loved this video and will do it alongside one of your dance videos every day! I'm just getting into lifting seriously and this video will help me get stronger and stronger. I'm currently in Colorado, USA but I'm from England. My boyfriend lives here so I come over and visit him a few months at a time and you have become my company, inspiration and most importantly, daily exercise every day when he's at work and I'm stuck at the house. So thank you and continue what you're doing. Thank God for you and more of the same please, girl! Love the sculpting.

    Honey you are a beast with these workout. I was working out hard with you last year body was getting right fresh out of college had it going on got pregnant that was a great blessing from the lord fell behind had the baby this year now i'm back on track doing your 30 day challenge on day 7 now.       Nisha Shahi I got to Week 4 Day 3 and then hurt my ankle. I took a week off and need to get motivated to start back up. But i have lost about 11lbs. And i feel less "jiggly" in the arms and tummy. Lol. Totally worth it! This workout is great too!

    Arm day done...gotta admit I was not able to do all of the push ups still need a little work on that...I'm going to feel this tomorrow

      The pushups kicked my butt. I gotta get better at it. Everything else I was able to push through. The funny thing was when my kids were along side me encouraging me finish this workout.

    after doing a lot of these workouts i am so sore the next day and my mother told me to add some coconut oil to my tea and drink it and it helps so well with the pain! any kind of pain really. i drink it every day after i work out now lol day 4 now.

    Yay I did the whole thing! I loved it! I am adding it to my 2014 work out play list! You know for those times when you can't make it to the aerobics studio!     My arms are burning n wrist (carpal tunnel). By the time we got to shoulders, I was struggling but I pushed thru. Ready to see some ripped arms!!!

    Hi, I have a question. It is really hard for me to do push ups, and I have always seen that a way of practicing is doing them with the knees on the ground, but I have a condition and it really hurts for me to kneel (I tried it using a yoga mat and a bed cover to make the surface softer and it still hurt badly). I can't do even one push up right though. I should keep trying? Working with weights first would help (to strenghten my arms)? I can't do the work out you do after the push ups either, because my hip bones are too protuding and it hurts =/ (I don't want to sound like a cry baby, it doesn't matter if it hurts because of the work out, but it hurts because my bone is against the floor). Should I try a different kind of work out or should I keep trying with this?
